This was our second visit to this quaint little restaurant. Once again the food and the service were faultless. If there are any negatives it was that they had run out of several desserts so we ended up just having ice cream instead of Poire William.

We were so happy to stumble upon this little restaurant. We had the Duck Cassolet. It was excellent. The restaurant is great escape from the tourist traps in town. The price was moderate and the value was excellent.

We had a tip by a local to go and try this very unique restaurant. We couldn't be more happy about it. Not only you get to taste the true flavors of the French home made cuisine but you also have the opportunity to do it in a warm and familiar atmosphere. An is a wonderful and welcoming hostess! You... More

Our group of 11 visited this small comfortable restaurant at the suggestion of our Bike and Barge guide, We were a lively group and were accommodated without difficulty. The house red wine was wonderful. The waitperson was informative, suggested foods we would enjoy, and described the spcials well. She should have since she was in her 34th year at the... More

I saw the quiches from the window passing by with a tour and I found my way back because of it. I was warmly welcomed from the chef and the waitress which is hard to come by in Belgium. She offered the table next to the window which was best seat in house and promptly gave me all the specials.... More

This French restaurant is a real gem, tucked away down an alley, but not difficult to find. The lovely couple who run it were welcoming, friendly and amusing. The food is superb. My partner doesn't usually have 3 courses, but we both did, partly because everything was so good and partly because we didn't want the experience to end!

Sorry to review this tiny restaurant yet again but I think readers like me want to know if standards stay the same over a period of time. This is a tiny place but well worth the visit for the warm hospitality and intimate surroundings right in the heart of a busy and overhyped district where we have had a number... More

There are lots of restaurants in Bruges, but it is difficult to find one where you find quality, an hearty welcome and a nice setting. This is what we found in Malesherbes. It is difficult to find the restaurant. It is located in the smallest alley of Bruges. We needed the GPS on the phone to locate it, but I... More

We dined here with friends whilst on a short break, we found the restaurant whilst on a walk in a guide book, and oh what a find! We booked for dinner that evening ( booking is essential). An the owner and Jonas the chef are warm, welcoming and genuine people. The food was fabulous at reasonable prices. My husband was... More
