We appreciated the 5-course menu as proposed by the owner. Good combination of fish and meat courses. Good Italian wine.

We went to celebrate Saint Valentin but couldn't get a non-alcoholic cocktail, we had to take the only menu available and got an uncomfortable table near the stairway. The food was promising but lacked finesse. The service was poor, we never got any explanation about what we were eating and had to wait a long time between courses. This could... More

A really top restaurant with uncomplicated good food and friendly atomosphere. The menu was short and and highly appreciate and I beleive the kept the menu alive with changing with often with what kind of fresh ingredients that are availbla.

The welcoming is exemplary , and the offered choice is sufficient. We took the dry aged Italian meat and it was delicious, but I did not like the taste of the French fries . Their choice of open wine is restricted but acceptable. The presentation as well as the service was perfect ! Will certainly come again to this restaurant.

Went in the evening with my business partner Took the dried aged italian meat. Very good. The french fries had a special taste. Didnt particularly enjoy it but they said they are cooking in a fine pork grease, very expensive Anyway all together was very good Worth to try😊

We had a local fish and it was very good. I think the menu is changing regularly, because it was on the blackboard. Also the dessert was delicious (strawberries with the ice-cream, these were not just simple strawberries :-). The service was friendly. And the interior was also very nice.

We took our son to Portobelfino for his birthday and we thought it was just okay. The food was average and a little pricy. Going off on trip advisors rating I was a little disappointed and expected more from this place.

This restaurant is located in the centre of Sint Niklaas just off the main square. It has a very elegant interior. It is possible to choose from either an à la cart menu or a tasting menu. There is a good wine list and knowledgeable and professional front of house staff. The menu is only in Dutch but help is... More
