I have dined here many times in the past 20 years. They never disappoint. The restaurant is absolutely huge but the athmosphere is always cosy. The service is good, friendly and correct. Meals are constant and products are of high quality. I can recommend this...More

The Pakhuis is deservedly popular and reservations are recommended, especially at weekends. The standard of service is first rate. The food is superb - notably the steak, pork, ham knuckle, the mousses and waffles. The wine list is good and competitively priced. The was a...More

I found this place ‘viamicheline’ and was full of expectations bringing my family for lunch there. Unfortunately, when we arrived (2:10pm) they told us that restaurant is closed and we can only use the bar. The sign on the building designated open hours and there...More

We all make mistakes, but what sorts the good from the ugly is how we fix our mistakes - my wife not enjoying the very peppery soup (I just managed to stomach it!!) should have been an easy to fix, but we were never approached...More

I had a meat dish while my friend had fish. We were both very happy with the food. We paired our food with excellent Belgian beers (Gulden Draak is my favorite!) It seems that this is a popular place but it was not too busy...More

One of the best Restaurants in Gent. The Food is simply delicious with a good and friendly Service. They have a beautiful bar where you can enjoy some of the unknown gins. This Restaurant is absolutely worth a visit.

This is a classic and I go there at least once a month. The food is consistently excellent and there is a lot of fish and seafood on the menu. The place is packed every time and you need to book in advance. The service...More

Recommended by our hotel and happy to pass that recommendation on. Food very good but slightly let down by service towards end of meal when it started to get busy.

Via an atmospheric alleyway between the towers of Ghent, you enter the distinctive Brasserie Pakhuis. You will immediately be overwhelmed by the enormous space, which exudes the atmosphere of the former warehouse. Portuguese architect Pinto has given the premises a new lease of life. A unique combination of a 600 m² storage space with specially designed interior elements. You can admire the architecture from any angle, and experience the culinary highlights. In other words: gastronomy in a spectacular setting.
