Customer of Ankara restaurant for more than 30 years. They have been delivering quality for 30 years - tasty food at a fair price. The atmosphere is always good - staff friendly and helpful. This restaurant is really great.

Great Turkish food, nice reception.
We orderbedrag the Chefs plate for 3 persons, although We were with 4 persons.
The plate existed out of a lot of various types of lamb Meat and veal, vegetables and Rice. What an enormous meal, what a good quality.
Next to it We ordered 1,5 liters of red housewine. Surprisingly nice and very tastefull. We can recommend this without any doubt.
We finnished with Turkish Coffee and Raki.
Service was good, prices moderate.
Its a busy place; We recommend to reserve if you come with more as 2 persons.
Resumé: Worth visiting; good food and wine.

This place was full on a Sunday evening so we came in expecting good food. We were not disappointed, the Turkish cuisine was quite good. Note that the portions are large. My meze platter would have fed 2 people easily. Friendly service, quick food delivery

The service:
It was my first time in Ankara and I was very satisfied with the hospitality, we received immediate service and appetizers with drinks. And the bill also included coffee and tea on the house.
The food:
I then ordered the couscous, but was a bit disappointed by it. The meat certainly had the right taste. Although the lamb was a bit on the tough side. I would also like to add that the dish became a bit monotonous in taste towards the end.
My friend on the other hand was satisfied with her scampi with cream sauce.
It was a successful dinner, although I would have preferred to score Ankara higher.

On a weekday the place was already quite full at 6:30 PM, but apparently they were usually tourists. We opted for the meze which looked exquisite in the photos outside the door. A platter of no less than 90cm filled with all kinds of cold and warm snacks on a bed of soggy rice and salad. Attractive but not of a quality that we are used to elsewhere. sauces, dolma and calamari unfortunately not homemade. Preparations could be seasoned and finished better. Service ok and seemed organised.
Since the shed is full every day, they will not be concerned that we rate it rather mediocre.

Have dinner in this restaurant in Oudburg in Ghent. Sweet greeting. The restaurant itself looks a bit older compared to the interior design. But the host makes up for a lot with a small meze and his courtesy. I took the chef's dish and it was really generous. Wow 🤩 I think with three people you have more than enough. Do I find the cuisine of Ankara here, ahh no, I would say, but certainly the hospitality and friendly atmosphere. Typical of Turkish people... even a good bottle of wine from Kavalidere is available and to finish off a glass of Raki from the company. It shouldn't be more than that 🤪

We were hesitating about whether to go with friends or not because there were better places, etc. Then I looked at the comments and said that as a taste traveler, I should definitely go and try it, and I went, I did not regret going there. The food is wonderful and delicious, the friendly staff, the attention and care are very good, and it is a place that does not compromise on cleanliness. place

Authentic Turkish Restaurant. Liked it very much. Plate de le Chef is the number one for me. Ordered for three persons and couldn’t finish it all.

Fresh and surprising! On a lark, we tried this small hole in the wall in the Patershole neighborhood away from touristy spots in Ghent but still within walking distance to the local tram #1 Gravensteen stop. The dishes themselves were well made - we had fried calamari, chicken wings, veggies and rice - all well-prepared.

Very poor Turkish food, not sure if Russian salad and tuna mayo are Turkish, pretty sure white bread isn’t- no flat bread … cannot recommend.

We had the plateau du chef, it was very good value for money. Also the staff was friendly. We even got a free drink at the end of the dinner. Very pleasant.
