I’ve been here several times and the food is authentic Italian and very good. I had the vegetarian menu with Sicilian tomato’s and ravioli of artichoke. Butch Fish menu with sardine balls and pasta from squid ink is worth the visit. Let Dritan or Laura...advice you on the wine. They have an excellent selection. Only dessert might be a bit disappointing. In some way they do not succeed to maintain the same level in desserts.More

I’ve visited this restaurant last Saturday and couldn’t wait to write review because it was amazing experience. First of all I would like to mention about location, it’s close to river in a very calm area, which gives you a chance to spend really nice...time. There are friendly staff , they were always in time when my plate or wine was empty to advice something new. I liked that so much. There is Italian chief, he looks so experienced. You can even see how he starts to prepare your order. Specially I like to be sure that the meal is freshly cooked and there is definitely like this. The desert and pasta I ordered were really tasty, I left clean plates:) I don’t know a lot about wines but the one they suggested me was outstanding. In conclusion I want to write, I’ve been 2 times in Italy and thought that Italian kitchen is the best only in this country. But after the visit of Otium I changed my opinion. This restaurant in Gent like a small Island of Italy in Belgium. Looking forward to visit this place again with my friends.More

Excellent restaurant, imaginative dishes and good taste. The menu is rich and offers various possibilities for everyone including vegetarian. It's like taking a trip to Italy. The owner Dritan is fantastic, kind and professional, as well as all the staff, including the head nurse, speaks...many languages and is nice and prepared for everything. I suggest to try the tasting menus, delicious, excellent quality/price! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Gent you can’t miss it! ☺️More

Because of covid19, it was takeaway. Very friendly service, big portions. I took the spaghetti witch sausage from Umbrië. Nice taste!

Thankfully we had booked and had a great table waiting for us when we turned up for Sunday lunch at this evidently popular restaurant busy with locals. Everything we tried was great, and they were very patient explaining the set menu vs specials options, and...creating a 'for one' portion of a starter designed for two.More

Truly amazing experience in other restaurant. Fresh and tasty food and great service. Superb job of the team. Not a standard Italian place with very innovative dishes. Do not miss it English and French spoken fluently

One of the best Italian food I’ve eaten outside of Italy! Great service and the price fits very well for the quality of food. They try to use seasonal vegetables so the menu changes very couple of months. Definitely a place to explore!

Beste , We veranderen onze menu elke 3 maanden , bij deze menu hebben we geen risotto, maar andere lekkere gerechten 😊
