Fast service & food was very tasty, even the French fries. Portions were large. I got the achill sandwich (open faced, salmon, cream cheese, etc) & my husb for the cheese & bacon burger. Food & bar are fair for the city. AND the only...bar we could find a really good Bloody Mary. Bathrooms were very clean & love the front outdoor terrace (there is also an inner outside courtyard seating)More

Great food, we've ordered ribs and filet mignon steak, both excellent. The guys tried various beers, they were satisfied. The waiters are fast and polite.

Excellent food and service. Staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Food is pretty standard fair but dine well and portions are huge. Highly recommend spot, give it a go.

We arrived shortly after 12:00. We needed to be gone by 13:15 to catch a train. We ordered. The starters (wings: fine but lukewarm & cheese : a large plate of cheddar-type cubes) arrived reasonably promptly. As did the Tripel Karmeliets. Then things ground to...a halt……. I let it go a few minutes then called the waitress and asked about our mains. I explained that we had a train to catch. She departed, leaving the long-finished starter plates on the table. Next thing the barman comes over to ask us what we had ordered. This was a surprise. He departed and after a while our mains arrived. Time was ticking away at this stage, so we were a bit rushed. We both had the Flemish stew. I thought it was very salty, though my companion disagreed. Reasonable portions. Quality of the meat ok, but I’ve had better in Ghent ( at Oude Clooster and at Klokhuys, though admittedly they were about 20% dearer. You get what you pay for.) We left at 13:25 without finishing everything and had a more speedy dash for the train than we had planned. I picked Foley's because it was about half way from town to the station. Next time I’m sure I can find somewhere else.More

Great place, friendly people and very good food for a reasonable price. Guiness from the tap and a hotel above for when it gets later than planned;)

We came with family of five without reservation. Although fully booked, they found a place for us. Starters were excellent and main dish beyond expectations. Fish and chips, burgers and special cooked meat in Guiness beer. All well done and served with a smile. Dessert...was also very tasty.More

My friend is Irish and wherever we go we are looking for an Irish pub to find some delicious food ! We weren’t regretting our choice. The waiters were very welcoming and perfectly English/Flemish As usual in a Irish pub there is comprehensive for diary...problems and we were nicely served ! My friend took the burger and as for her stating the meat was so tender and perfectly cooked ! I took the salmon salad with some toast. The salmon was definitely high quality I recommend the pub for ambiance, good music, welcoming staff and excellent food !More

I will never never go back to this Pub. I visited with friends and we had an awful experience. The food that we ordered was lacklustre, dry, basic, and not very appealing at all. The cheese plate still have the marks of the staple in...the fridge after we asked to change we got the same sticky cheese plate like staff just don't care . I order a draft Guinness and taste like was waiting for me from the day before!More

Comfort food and a quick bite to grab with friends. They have some great dishes that can't be found anywhere else due to their specialisation. Nothing fancy but simply homemade decent food. It is a bi chaotic but it somehow has it charmes with the...international waiters running around headless since it is so so busy usually.More

We had the sandwiches which were really amazing and made our belly full and round. The staff was really friendly and the courtyard has an amazing wallart all around.

Ive been here a few times this year, drinks are good, food is average, staff can be aggressive, but sometimes funny. Not my favourite bar in town but if its raining outside, it can be a cosy corner to get away for an hour or...two. Pint of Guinness is good. Bit overpriced for what it is.... Avoid at rush hours when its busy, this is when staff are rude and disorganised. Day time is ok.More
