Some of the best Japanese I've had outside of Japan. I especially liked the sushi and tempura shrimp.

My family went to Amatsu, expecting that we could eat a genuine Japanese food in Ghent. We ordered a Sushi nigiri and a salmon teishoku, which totaled to be around 50 Euro, but the quality wasn't that great and the quantity was also rather less.

This is a small but very good Japanese restaurant. The gyoza was delicious and I had the tempura which also was very good. I would go back anytime.
