The greatest Miso soup I've ever tasted. Excellent service, the whole meal was fantastic and I felt comfortable dining solo. The chef even encouraged me to try eel for the first time and it was delicious.

My family went to Amatsu, expecting that we could eat a genuine Japanese food in Ghent. We ordered a Sushi nigiri and a salmon teishoku, which totaled to be around 50 Euro, but the quality wasn't that great and the quantity was also rather less.
