We've tasted the meat balls and they were honest, but the fact we have to add euros for chips and .3 euros for a single portion of apple crumble makes us disbelieved... But the warmth is missing, either in the decoration or in the service.....the prices are reasonable and it's good for value but as told....More

This is a busy restaurant that seems popular with groups and couples. Whilst I enjoyed the meal there was nothing memorable about it. The food was nice, the wine was nice but there was nothing standout about it. Service was efficient and the open kitchen...showed the chefs hard at work but sadly the place didn't make much of an impression on me.More

One of my favorite places in Liège. One of those tiny and noisy places where you like laughin' and jokin' with your pals and family. The menu is varied and you can eat generous salads, meat or pasta. Personally I love the classic italian rawmeat...("Tartare à l'italienne"). Good food, Very good value for money.More

We had lunch in this nice looking restaurant with some colleagues. The menu is interesting, the restaurant caters to a wide audience (meats, pasta, salads, local cuisine...). We ordered the unmissable "boulets a la liegeoise". We had 2 huge meatballs (could only eat one) but...it was way too salty. French fries were yummy, though. Service was friendly . If you are a group (we were 8 of us), they will ask you to order a maximum of 4 different dishes. Maybe the rest of the menu is better or we were just not lucky, but there are much better meatballs in the city. I won't go back.More

So yeah, we've been there for a dinner. Place looks pretty nice, menu is quite interesting, simple and you have a choice of not very terrible wines, even if this is not the cheapest place in the town. But THE problem is courtesy- LA POLITESSE...et LA COURTOISIE. And yeah- I’m addressing these words to madame la patronne. We had a bill of around 200 EUR. (Not a huge but not a small for 3 people. I thing big enough to deserve a correct service.) So we had a table for 4. In the middle of our dinner, while we were enjoying our juicy steaks la patronne arrives and takes a half of our table to the new clients that just arrived. C'est du jamais vu! but we are tolerant and we finish by staying in 3 at the small table for 2, finishing our meals. OK- we can understand it. A lot of people are coming during this dinner time. But place starts to became crowdy. Then the best happens- while we were enjoying our desserts she comes again and literally takes away the plates from our mouths with unfinished dessert! She simply wants to show us we need to go- hurry up! Next clients are coming! So if you want to share your time with your friends with a nice dinner- this is definitely not a place for you. You will be kicked out the door even if your glass will still be full. At least la patronne will make all to show you that you are just a packed wallet. Next please! Ps. And no, we are not this type of clients who takes a place for 3 hours with one glass of water and a packet of chips.More
