Basically you choose your type of meat and you grill it yourself. And you get fixed sides... But they are amazing! I don't know what's inside the gratin but it's the best!

Found this wonderful restaurant the eve before cycling the LBL sportive. Hadn't booked but the waiter found us a table (tip - book!) Simple food done brilliantly and knowledgeable about local Trappist beers to boot; what's not to like.
