This is an unpretentious country pub. We had the lunchtime menu and the food was quickly prepared hot and tasty. It was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and efficient. A nice change from the chain pubs.

First time we been there, average pup. We had 2 lunches for a tenner. 2 roasts, 1 beef and one pork. Both looked and tasted like reheats. There was plenty on the plates. Good selection of beers.
