Visited this place a couple of times during the summer months. When its busy, getting served can take some time but the location provides enough distraction to cover the wait. The food is good for a bistro. The bread provided with the various dishes is...extremely good and baked on site. Their club sandwich is my favorite. Certainly worth a visit when you're in the neighborhood but keep in mind that this is a big place and service can take a while when its busy.More

This hotel is an old stable house beside the original castle. When you visit the old town village attraction or the woodlands it is there when you exit so very welcome and convenient. It is busy, service was fairly slow for drinks but the food...was fat and very very nice.More

We've been there with family and young child. It was crowded on a sunny Sunday evening (just after visiting Bokrijk domain). I was pleasant, we had a great time. Only down side is the speed of delivery from the kitchen. We did not ordered complicated...food ... but it took ages to get delivered.More

We often stop after a visit to Bokrijk for a drink and a snack. Friendly staff, nice terrace. Generous portions.

A visit in a very nice & quiet environment. Serving food surrounded by nature is something I really like. The food is good but nothing special as well. I took the suggestion which was a bit too spicy (although I like spicy) and not a...'wow' dish.More

't Koetshuis has a nice outdoor seating area. As it was quite chilly when we stopped for lunch we sat inside. The food is ok at best, the menu items nothing special but the food we were served was ok. On my next visit to...Bokrijk I'll try the restaurants in the park itself.More

Clients are treated like dogs. Service is terrible, almost not existent. We had to wait more than an hour to be served. A tourist-trap.

Surrounded by the nature of the Bokrijk Domein I found it a really nice place to enjoy a meal even if the service was really slow and not wel organised. The dishes are nothing special but they have a good quality and the prices are...not so high. I would really like to return in the summer time.More

We came here to have a drink and some snacks during a walk in Bokrijk - sun was shining, warm enough to sit outside. Due to the good weather, the terrace was very busy and cosy so we chose a table outside. We wanted pancakes...but the waiter told us that the kitchen couldn't take any new order. Ok, so we just ordered drinks, a dame blanche ice cream and some bitterballen. It took half an hour for the food to come, the drinks were fast. The bitterballen were not good at all - you tasted they were from a very cheap brand. The dame blanche was 50% melted when we got it and the vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce tasted horrible. Also very cheap brands were used - how can you mess up a dame blanche??? They know how.. The restaurant is aware that most people only visit once so they purchase ingredients which are cheap in order to maximise profit. For drinks on the terrace I will be back (real brands - coca cola, lipton,...) but never ever again for food!More

Went there regularly on school outings. Food is horrible, the place badly tended. Lots of kinds of dished, but none of them manage to please.
