We went here with a larger group of colleagues (around 10) to have dinner. The restaurant, on a thursday evening, was essentially full the entire evening and service was, on occasions, a little slow and our starters for the group arrived at very different times which meant that some of us almost finished before the rest got their starters. Mains... More

I know this restaurant from previous visits in Brussels ,it used to be a very good one. And it still is ,if you want fish or sea food ,everything is fresh and good quality. But something hapened to the service, there are only 2 waiters serving all this space so they do not have the time to give attention to every... More

I chose this restaurant for a business dinner based on the Trip Advisor reviews and was underwhelmed. I know many better places nearby in Brussels at the same price-point. Tables not jammed together (good!), better chairs than the average Brussels bistro, but table ambience let down by cheap and nasty paper table cloths. Food only average, service offhand almost to... Went there alone and felt welcomed. Open kitchen concept, staff made good recommendations. Amuse Bouche (cod croquette) was good, main was even better. Got the cod (or was it halibut) with mussels and shrimps. Love every bit of it. Price was reasonable for the ambient, food quality and portion. Seafood is fresh. Will defniitely be back.

We were lucky that we phoned an hour ahead for a reservation. We saw a few people turned away. But it's popular for a good reason — the food was outstanding. Even the bread and butter made us ooh and aah. I had the salmon (see photo). It was cooked to perfection and the portion was quite substantial. The accompanying... More

I went to Vismet with a colleague and had excellent dinner for a reasonable price (90 Euro for two including glasses of wine). A great dinner option in Brussels.

Big restaurant, centrally located. Allways fully booked with a lot of local people. Great food quality, fast and expert service. Nice wine menu at acceptable prices, french only

I felt as if I was a little underdressed for this place while I was there. In fact it's on the more expensive side when it comes to prices. I ordered a halibut (or some whitefish) and it was good but nothing extraordinary. The staffs were excellent and it's a good place for solo diners. I'd go back to try... More

If you are in Brussels and looking to get away from some of the ultra touristy stuff then this is the area for you. There were a few other restaurants next to it, but this Has fresh fish. Had the doversole. It comes on the bone which was a little odd for me. Good flavor though. The traditional croquettes were... More
