In Brussels on a business trip. Restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived. The staff were reasonably attentive but struggled to understand some English, particularly about the beers they stock. Food was good and a reasonable quantity. Prices not too bad for Brussels. Would I return? Probably at least once more but then there are so many places to try... More

The service was really slow and the food was not special, but the real problem was the lack of information about prices and supplements, then, finally they put in the bill what they wanted. After the experience we have decide not to return again and we advice the people not to go. We think that honesty is very important and... More

First of all the food was not special, service very slow and most of all...they cheated us on the final bill (the difference was 10 euro what we paid extra)...so be really careful with your bill, or best of all dont go to this place, because there are many better in Brussels.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Touareg. We visited with 10 people, and the restaurant was happy to serve us. The group had a range of dishes, and the reviews from everyone were positive. Several people had vegetarian options and others had lamb or chicken couscous or tagines. The garden is beautiful, but we quickly found that spiders and worms... More

We had the veggie cous cousin and the lamb with plums tajine, both quite good. The garden is really nice, and the service was quick and nice. It must be said however that it was the national day and the city was empty, as well as the restaurant.

I have left - in a previous lifetime - a GLOWING report about this restaurant. And I frequently put my money where my mouth was - or should that be the other way around. We live in Switzerland and travel frequently to Brussels to see family. With all of culinary Brussels at our feet, it has been our choice -... More

Found the other critiques a bit too harsh. Maybe we stuck to the basics - a couscous and a tagine, which are both meaningfully better than the standard Maghrebian fare. Wine list is both extensive for a Maghrebian restaurant and reasonably price. Only problem is that we had dinner with a big group of people who were having a great... More

It was OK, but nothing special. Moroccan food without anything exceptional. Wine was reasonably priced though.

My "little bit of everything" mixed appetizers consisted of 2 salads and 2 mini rolls with sharp cheese. The carrot salad was so slimy I think he was no longer good. The rest can be found in supermarkets. Unfortunately, the plate with 12 € was too expensive and now I have stomach pains. Also the dish of my partner was... More
