I only gave this restaurant 1 star because that was the lowest rating possible. I reserved well in advance of my visit and received confirmation 4 days before. When I arrived, I found the restaurant closed! I called the telephone number...busy. I emailed the restaurant...never...responded. For this to be such a highly rated restaurant, I was beyond disappointed. Such poor management is clearly a reflection of the quality of the restaurant.More

The best part of it, it's the decor. The good and service were ok, but just ok. Prices are reasonable.

We spent a day in Brussels and decided to have lunch in a unique setting. The restaurant is located in the direct neighborhood of the 'Gallery St Hubert' a must see for the building and the atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed Ln. The walls of...the restaurant are decorated with painted tiles representing scenes of live in the early 20 th century The restaurant is very bright and respect the covid 19 security measures We had a shrimp croquet and then stew with French fries The meat was very tender with a tasteful sauce We enjoyed a glass of red housewine The serving was friendly and attentive We had a great time and enjoyed the meal and the locationMore

Went on a Monday evening. We were greeted with “do you have a reservation?”. We said no. The place was deserted, but despite this we were not shown to one of the many empty tables in the beautiful main dining area; instead we were deposited...in the less comfortable window area, no doubt to entice others in. When we left two hours later the place was still deserted, so we could easily have been offered one of the many tables in the main area. We were not given any choice. Our starter of foie gras was very good, with nice warm sourdough bread and tasty salad. But after that things went downhill. We had placed our order, in native French, with a personable young waiter. We had specifically asked for two steaks with two different sauces to be served separately in two pots. So inevitably two steaks arrived with the same sauce already poured over them. The French fries were undercooked and not hot. Poor quality. My roasted vegetables were similarly undercooked; the Jerusalem artichokes were almost raw. My partner’s caramelised chicon were not caramelised at all, and also undercooked. So we pointed all this out to the senior waiter, since the two younger ones who had served us were now outside (in full view) taking a cigarette break. He understood our concerns and brought hot, properly cooked fries, recooked the chicon and brought the ordered second sauce. The quality of the steaks was not particularly good. They were advertised as Scottish Angus. As a Scot, I know good Angus beef when I see it, but this was too fatty and thinly cut for my taste. My partner agreed. I was offered a free coffee by way of recompense for a disappointing meal, which came to €127 for one starter and two mains. This gesture, too, was disappointing. As residents of Brussels we cannot therefore recommend Restaurant Vincent and will not be returning.More

A brussels classic and still as good as ever. Kidneys were cooked to perfection. Shrimp Croquettes also good.

Despite being booked out online, we took a chance and walked it. We got a seat outside, and had a super meal. The steaks were delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly too

This restaurant was recommended to us by our tour guide. We decided to give it a go on our last night in Brussels we are sorry we listened and did not find somewhere else Yes the decor is great and interesting and the wine was...very good however my steak was inedible. I ordered the ribeye and it was just a lump of fat on the plate. My partner’s steak was not much better. We spent 100 Euros on 2 drinks and 2 steaks we were out of the restaurant well under an hour and I came away hungry.More

I visited the Restaurant with a business group of 10 People. The menu offered many beef cuts and they were cooked to perfection accompanied by delicious sauce. The restaurant walls and ceiling are beautifully decorated and the 1912 prices are displayed which is great fun...facts. It’s centrally located surrounded by other restaurants, bars etc.More

Apparently recommended for its steaks, it was rather disappointing. My entrecote was chewy and others on the table were not that impressed with their steaks. On a Sunday afternoon, it was relatively empty , perhaps a sign of degrading quality. Their desserts were wonderful though.
