The food is delicious, with a varied menu. The atmosphere is definitely classier than most restaurants in the centre of Brussels. The service at the table is good, you get explanations about the dishes as well as suggestions. On the other hand, you can expect a rude treatment if you do not order for an "expected" value - we went... More

Always a firm favourite when in Brussels. A short walk from the mannequin pis, this Ethiopian restaurant offers a change from the usual. Eat with you hands using the pancakes. A good selection of vegi food, as well as meat. Service is always a little slow though...be warned!!

This place is more than just a restaurant, it's a true cultural experience (or even a shock for some). You actually need a guided tour of the food, which the waiters typically give. The food is delicious and the drinks also. Make sure you order the honey wine or other Ethiopian delicacies.

We had the vegetarian selection option which was made Vegan on request by substituting the cheese for lentils (although the waitress tried to give us cheese by mistake and was stopped by the lady who took our order) . You get a big pancake in the middle of the table that the 4/5 different foods are put onto, you then... More

There is a great mix of ethnic food available in Brussels and Kokob offers the unusual chance to try some Ethiopian food. The restaurant is located not far from the Grand Place and close to the Manneken Pis, so it reasonably central. The restaurant is clean, modern and not overly decorated. Service was a little slow but the waiter was... More

Good food and ambience. The staff are really accommodating. Book in advance as it gets busy in the evenings. The restaurant is located close to great places to have a drink at St Gery, Grand Place and metro Bourse

We loved our food so much that we ordered another serving even though we were full! The flavors were simple but unique and delicious. Many vegetarian options. Great service.

We were welcomed by the very good smell of the food and we could not wait to have the food. Food was served on one big platter with one sidefor vegetarians. The starter was also very appetizing....yummy👌🏽

Ethiopian restaurant based on the concept of sharing. Al the people eat from the same big plate at the centre of the table, pouring soft rolls of a thin "crepe" into different sauces and dishes based on meat, vegetables, and cheese. I liked the fresh cheese and the chicken meat, as well as the peas with curcuma. The dessert was... More
