Several of my family had been here before and it seemed like a perfect place for lunch on this cold and rainy April day. All of the adults had either moules frites or vol-au-vent, and the kids had the meatballs and frites. The meals were...More

Was having some issues with my airbnb nearby, which we can only go in at 3pm due to some technical difficulties and the staff was so kind as to accomodate a couple of large baggages, while we enjoy our lunch. The mussles with fries was...More

I came here with my boyfriend our first night in Brussels. We ordered shrimp croquette appetizer and it was creamy, crunchy, and delicious. We shared two other dishes the cod and horse steak. I was surprised at how good the horse meat was. It was...More

Being used to restaurants trying to rip off people, this was a great surprise. The restaurant is in a cellar from the 17th century. The menu is very traditional and it has a selection of traditional northern European and Belgian cuisine, as well as some...More

We sat inside which is downstairs in a cellar. It was very dark but had a nice chilled atmosphere. We were sat close to the door so got a little cold. However, the food was very traditional and incredibly tasty! I had the beef stew...More

My doorman at Hotel Amigo suggested this restaurant and told me that they make a traditional beef stew where the beef is slow cooked in beer. So, I had to try it! It was wonderful! Very rich and tender. I believe I could have ordered...More

On the most beautiful square in the world, one would expect outrageous prices. The prices at most of the eateries on the Grand Place are indeed more expensive than those on the side streets, but not by much, and the view is spectacular. I've tried...More

Recommended by our taxi driver from the airport and it must be said it was a good recommendation. Located in a vaulted cellar at the corner of Grand Place, it’s a cracking little spot serving good food in very characterful surroundings. We really liked it...More

Good food, nice service. Warm, noisy, and welcoming, especially when cold outside. Several options of beer available, all good. Excellent and convenient location. A bit expensive, but totally worth it. Only drawback: it is frequently full, and you might have to wait.
