Great and impressive setting in a former pharmacy. Quite an investment in the set up. Very professional. The servers work extremly hard in carrying the food from the open kitchen in the basement to the first and second floor guests. We ordered seafood dishes that were all excellent. My saffron took us there for her 3rd visit.

I found this restaurant in a magazine, can't remember, if it was Delta's magazine or Travel and Leisure. Either way, it looked nice and our hotel concierge said it was good as well. So we had the concierge make reservations, as he said that they could be busy. We thought that a little strange for Sunday night. It was busy... More

To make it short, you can definitely find better places (food, atmosphere, service, etc) somewhere else for same price or even lower. Just seems trendy but once you've been there, that's it. To be honest, we've been there a few times because we wanted to give this restaurant another chance but that's it. It's not especially worth it.

We had dinner and all the food was really fade and dull. I ordered a lasagna and got a salad with some pasta in the bottom and the others had chicken to forget about. Go elsewhere really!

This restaurant is really magnificent. It used to be an Iron Mongers hence all the elaborate iron railings, so you feel you are transported back in time. The oysters were delicious and the images of the restaurant speak volumes as its just a beautiful place and worth every penny in my opinion. The only down side is that we were... More

The setting is unique. High ceiling, old parts of the old hardware store , you can still see the drawers in the back of the bar. The service is excellent, attentive, excellent recommendations, service with a smile.. don't forget that the kitchen is downstairs and that the waiters are going up and down at all time always with a smile.The... The setting of the restaurant is incredibly nice! The food was also tasty, especially the jambonneau!

The brasserie is located in a former ironmonger’s shop designed by a student of Victor Horta. The Horta museum is just around the corner, so it is convenient to plan a visit there after lunch in La Quincallerie (the museum opens for individuals at 14:00, the mornings are reserved for groups). The dining room is very special, as many characteristic... More

La Quincaillerie will blow you away when you first walk inside: a huge clock looms over an opulent bar area and dining room; stairs ascend either side of the clock to two long balconies lined with walls of drawers. It used to be an ironmongers, apparently, and it makes for a tremendously atmospheric dining space, if not the most practical... More

Nice to see that some places don't change! We had a quick dinner without reservation and it was perfect! The service is friendly and professional! Sometimes it could be a little faster but that's ok :) food was very good quality and a portion is big enough to settle a little hunger ! They have their own beer now but... More
