We had the wedding diner of our eldest son with his fiancée in Gramm on the first Saturday of September, the first evening after their summer recess.
The food was excellent, very nice variation of dishes with excellent tasting. Our veganist family members really enjoyed the dishes made for them, appreciated that it was its own well conceived dish and not the vegan version of the Non-vegan dishes. Good wines to accompany the dishes. The waiters were very friendly and helpful.
We will be back :)

Gramm is awesome!
The food is excellent. The chef should be really proud. It’s not only delicious, it’s the best Japanese-style menu we’ve found in Europe. We did the 7 courses option, which was well balanced and filling but not an overwhelming amount of food. Dish of the night for me was the salmon.
My travelling partner also had the wine pairing, and it was really good.
The service was also really excellent - best in Belgium!!
And, a note for gluten-free diners, Gramm went above and beyond to make adjustments for me. I was really impressed!! For example they made me little buckwheat pancakes to go with the tomato dish, which is normally served with bread.
Go to GRAMM!!!

The food is reasonably good, but not a michelin starred restaurant either. But the prices are very high: 60 euros min for a menu and then you are told this does not include the signature dish, and the wine is overpriced starting at 50 euros a bottle. The service is pretentious and not so nice. I do not recommend.

Tries, but fails to be a classy ‚gastronomic‘, set long menu restaurant. 3 of 7 courses were good, rest very average and all to creamy. Our information that we have a lactose intolerance was met with slight panic-and then 0 response- forgot?! Service acts like fancy restaurant staff, but doesn’t quite pull it off.
Decor also too basic, with several ‚sore‘ spots, eg ugly sanitizer too visible, cheap toiletries etc.
music a bit load for older crowd.
But: good wine!!!
And I like the no choice, 7 course meal- in principle.

Easy. No choice just a dégustation of 7 propositions with 7 different wines.
Just amazing. 70€ without the wines and 120€ all-in.

we ate lunch (starter and main) , 22€per person , plus an extra 10€ each for a truffel /egg in betweeny .. food was ok but not wow , however the wine was far too expensive and 6€ for a half litre flat water is too much. we drank coffee across the road

Really expensive bills and wonderfully presented dishes are not a substitute for taste. Good tasting food should be the primary objective of a restaurant and not the shape of the ceramic dish or the artsy looks of its content. Wine was also heavily priced. Ambiance? Left a lot to be desired! Note that you have to walk through a final food preparation area in order to go to the unisex toilet. A excellent restaurant, at these prices, has to satisfy a lot more than the eye. Sorry.
As for vegetarians, look out. We got the same dish twice...

We visisted Palace to get a change of pace from the usual heavy foods of our European vacation. Palace had a good salad bar that was paid for by weight. The food was very good and fresh and the staff was friendly.

We don't do Valentine but when it comes to discover great talent in stop motion and having a great diner afterwards, bring it on!
This movie theater in the center of Brussels is worth a visit and please don't forget to stop at the restaurant. They have a variety of easygoing and more gastronomic plates.
Indulge yourself with a good movie (top choice at the cinéma palace) and a fine dinner or glass of wine afterwards.
Life can be good!

Their concept is a fixed seasonal tasting menu. The food was refined, even exquisite! You can opt for paired wines that lifted the dishes to an even higher level. Unfortunately the wine was too expensive in comparison to the food. Staff was friendly but no one cared to speak anything else than french. Since it's a small and popular restaurant I suggest to make reservations. The website is very handy and quick.

Amazing. One of the very best meals I’ve had in a long time.
Came here for a business lunch with a large group of colleagues.
Everything was amazing. Such complex flavours while at the same time not fussy/trying too hard. Fresh. Good size portions beautifully presented on gorgeous ceramics. Amazing dessert. Wow. Putting this on my list for the future.
Good service.

GRAMM is contemporary restaurant offering unique set menu of delectable courses with paired wine if you like. We chose a nice bottle of Sicilian white which also complemented the food very nicely. Service is light and friendly, not overly present or involved but attentive and pleasant.

While not big fans of tasting menus, we were very happy with the fresh food, variety and presentation of this tasting menu. The restaurant is a cozy small place. The staff was attentive and delightful.

As this is my 200th review of meals and beds, we thought it a good occasion to try out the hype that surrounds this young chef of the year.
The formula has been described here by many: 1 menu, 5 to 7 (with an extra egg-dish and cheese platter) small dishes.
The fancy description with some ingredients separated by a forward slash, does not give away much. So when a dish arrives, one holds their breath in suspense ... only to be slightly disappointed by the result.
The chef, spending most of his time with his guests, should focus on his kitchen a bit more perhaps?
We didn’t opt for the wine pairing given the doubts expressed by others on this forum, but the wines on the list are definitely not cheap with few bottles <50€.
