After not having had a great pizza on the other side of Grand Place earlier in the week, we stumbled on this gem. Friendly, reasonably and delicious, what more could we ask for!

Cozy little restaurant. Food was delicious and service was fine as well. Overall a nice visit Brussels and a nicer dinner too.
You must eat there, the food is excellent and the service second to none and all this at very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Gaetano
We live in Brussels and like quite a few other regulars we go there regularly. The two brothers are very friendly, the portions are generous and the food is very good. No, not a gastronomic restaurant with astronomic prices but really good value for money....Enjoy !More
I have eaten at L'italiano on a number of occasions across the last year. The food is always incredible all year round; whether you fancy a refreshing bite to eat on a warm day, or need a mountain of pasta to fill your stomach before...you battle the cold. It is a family-run business with kind and friendly staff, and the portion sizes make it brilliant value for money! If you're looking for good, home cooked Italian food - THIS is where you need to be!More
I've been there a couple of times and keep going back with friends as the food is delicious and affordable and the owners are very friendly Italians. The location is great, in the center of Brussels, and the atmosphere is nice. Would definitely recommend everyone...to go there.More
I went to have dinner to this place with a friend and we ordered two pizzas which were delicious, nevertheless, a bit expensive in my opinion.
I visited at PM21:00. I ordered the mussels with fried potato 10euro and white wine 250ml5euro. Mussels good taste and good volume for one person. 土曜21時に訪問。名物のポテト付きムール貝10ユーロと白ワイン250ml5ユーロを頼みました。一人なので量は十分味も美味しかったです。 スタッフも親切でした。
The worst place ever!! The server (old guy) was extremely rude and kinda racist!! I went there with my friends (who were eating their waffles) and I just asked him if they are allowed to eat stuff from outside in their place and he screamed...at me. So they waited outside to finish their food and We just wanted to try a pizza there, he refused the service saying that we cannot order just one pizza and will not serve us if we don't order any drinks. Even the other customers eating there at that time were looking at him as it's not a nice way to talk to a customer. I can't say anything about food but that person definitely made it the worst experience ever at any restaurant that I've ever visited.More
The portions are huge and the food of excellent quality. The service is friendly and efficient. The menu has many different options and everyone should be able to find something which suits him
I ate hear as it was almost opposite my hotel and I only wanted a simple meal with a couple of glasses of wine. The restaurant is family owned and you get a sense of this with the conversation between the waiter, bar staff and...kitchen staff. I had the margarita pizza and a half carafe of red wine and was very satisfied with the quality of the food / wine and service. I will definitely return when I am next in Brussels.More
Honestly wouldn't recommend this place. The waiter was so uninterested, inattentive and slow. Don't order the Carbonara!! It was extremely bland, just oil, garlic and pieces of bacon. My friend ordered the lasagne which was nice but again a bit bland. I wouldn't waste your...money on this place, there are nicer places with better service food and ambiance to eat out in Brussels.More
I visited brussels with my Indonesian girlfriend. Wanted quick and cheap lunch. And thats what we got. Real friendly boss, small older place, toilets even older. Food far from exquisite, but it did the job. Wouldnt go back though.
This restaurant has a range of delicious food. We chose the Spaghetti Bolognese. At 8 euro, this was a steal. MASSIVE portion, great service. The chef took his time so we knew it was fresh. Well done.
So: forget this place! Pizza sugo is sweet, no herbs, no salted.Spaghetti carbonara is a shame to call italian, saltness, and without tastes. I never ate so bad, which they call italian. If you ever ate good italian food, remember, cause its terrible.
