Waited outside for more then an hour and a half for four pizza’s. During this time we got no update as to how long it would take and furthermore when we went inside they told us: ‘if you want fast pizza you should go to...Pizza Hut’. After this whole ordeal two pizzas came out after which it took another 7 minutes for the third pizza to arrive. They forgot to cut the third pizza, when we tried to call over the waitress she was standing with her friends at another table and tried to ignore us. One of us went over to tap her on the shoulder after which she took the pizza back inside and when it came back it was barely cut. They also didn’t give us any cutlery so we couldn’t even cut it ourselves. We waited patiently before starting to eat until everyone got their pizza but unfortunately the fourth pizza never arrived. After five minutes one of us went inside to check and there wasn’t even a pizza in the oven yet. Instead of an apology we got yelled it again, after which the old lady just said: ‘cancel it’. I included a picture of the margherita I ordered so you can judge it for yourself. I found the pizza dough to be so firm that it was almost like a cracker, the sauce was also spread super unevenly resulting in dry patches. To sum up, a four year old could have done a better job. They don’t even stretch the dough by hand but use a machine so there really isn’t any excuse for the pizza to come out this was. When asking for the bill we were shocked to find the the fourth pizza, which we never got, was still there. We asked to speak with the waitress, before we could even explain that we were disappointed with the entire ordeal she got mad and started yelling at us. No apology, no nothing. This place doesn’t deserve the label of a pizzeria.More

The pizza is good, the manners of the madam making the pizza are unacceptable. She is rough and unpolite, she talks on the phone while she ignores customers. The pizza takes never less than 40 minutes to arrive to the table.

Delicious pizzas, with very light dough (unlike so many pizza places where you feel you are pushing a big lump of flour down your throat), and great toppings (bufala is my favourite). Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I recommend it.

In the past we are there very well but now a bad service. We were standing outside with ten people after opening hour and an olderp woman was standing after the bar playing with her smartphone. We waited 10 minutes and she didn't open. One...door was a bit open and we asked why it was not open. Without looking up she waved at us to go away. Rudeness at its top..More

Okay... the pizza was pretty good, but you can get pizza anywhere. The service was AWFUL. We asked for the bill and a box and 20 minutes later, we decided to just go ask someone at the front, to which they didn’t apologize at all....Not only that, but when we went up to pay the bill, two separate groups cams in after us and they sat them and got them water first before letting us pay. Left feeling frustrated and a very bad way to end our night.More

The pizzas took around 90 minutes to arrive! When they arrived, the dough did not seem to be fully baked, but I was with a starving teenager who begged me not to complain. The delay was down to the fact that the oven can only...take two pizzas a time, but we weren’t warned about a long wait. Service was quite chaotic and we saw others give up and leave.More

Although pizzas are good and tasty, waiting for 2 pizzas for close to 2 hours raises serious doubts about this place. Ok, it was on a Friday evening, still we could have been warned upfront that waiting time was expected long. I am not sure...I will go again...More

I’ve eaten at this place more than I dare to admit, and I’ve always had a lovely time. I love the pizza and sent many friends and acquaintances their way. Unfortunately lately the service has gone massively downhill. We were one of the first to...arrive yesterday and it took over an *hour* after ordering for our two pizzas to be served. A month ago a similar thing happened—we waited *two* hours then, but since they apologized that time, we assumed it was a one time thing. The woman making the pizzas was constantly yawning and making conversation with her friends walking in. Only half of the oven is working so she can only bake two pizzas at a time, which isn’t much when you have a packed restaurant. This is so disappointing as I used to love coming here. (Also: they were supposed to open at 4pm, but when we arrived at 6:30 they were still closed. They had a sign on the door that said they were going to open at 6 but that obviously wasn’t the case. When we tried again at 7 we were rudely told they weren’t open yet.)More

The guy (who I can only assume was the owner) was repeatedly physically and verbally abusive to the lady who was preparing the pizzas for the last 15 minutes of our meal. He kept going towards her shouting at her, shaking and pushing her. She...avoided eye contact and kept to herself and her work, while she appeared obviously distraught. This was obviously making us very uncomfortable and was the reason for our quick exit. When we asked the owner if everything was OK while we were paying he agreed bluntly. This is without mentioning the extremely slow service which by that point was not even important anymore... A toxic environment to most certainly avoid.More

I keep returning to La Belle Equipe, not just for their lovely food, but also for the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are always very attentive and chatty and the layout of the restaurant is modern and unusual. There are two vegan options, your...standard Marinara and their hummus pizza. The vegan hummus pizza sounds odd, but is delicious. Hot hummous, red pepper paste, shredded white cabbage and sumac.More
