We stayed right down the street from here, read a lot of great reviews so we thought we would give it a try. We were not dissapointed. We enjoyed the steak that was cooked just as we asked, along with some good belgium beer. Sausage and mussels were also good and everything was worth the price.

We were surprised by the cosy atmosphere and very good Food. We choose a Waterzooi and beef (the tender one) and it was really good. Especially when compared to the location and price. Real worth going here!

A Brussel is so good we went there four times for dinner. So many good things on the menu; mussel soup, escargot, the hock of ham (jambonneau) the mussels in white wine, the filet of pork; and the list just goes on. The chef Marc Lejeune and his sous chef (when Marc was not there) produce excellent food in a... More

Everything you want from a good Brussels restaurant and more. Excellent menu, quality food, great location but above all charming and efficient service. Good selection of beers. Recommended.

What a fantastic find. Situated a 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place. A really cosy and friendly atmosphere with a superb service with a smile. The food is just awesome. Snails to start followed by prime cut beef all cooked to perfection. Great little restaurant with a big heart and soul. Will definitely visit next time we are in... More

Our first evening in Belgium we stumbled upon this small, quaint restaurant out of the way of the tourist crowds. It was very quiet and understated. There was only a small selection of dishes but we enjoyed the beef in beer and onion sauce, and the steaks. It was nothing particularly special but it was nonetheless very fresh, nicely cooked... Chef mark is amazing and the atmosphere in the restaurant is laid back and jazzy. The food is out of this world. Well worth looking into....

This quiet restaurant is just about 100 metres from the Grand Place, centre of Brussels' tourist activity. The food is quite exquisite and not the standard bland international concoction trying to suit everybody. It uses traditional Belgian food to give a very high level cuisine at no higher cost.

Really enjoyed the food here. The moules croquettes starter with the sauce was one of the best things I have tasted in ages. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Suggest you avoid the house wine & slightly upgrade whether red, white or rose. Would highly recommend this non chain restaurant. Better than average & had locals in there but the people... More

It was nice visiting this restaurant on Saturday and enjoying some traditional Belgian dishes. Staff were friendly and the food was nice. Well priced for what you get.
