Was an over all nice stay. A bit chaotic. But the impression really went down after they started serving us but then realized they served us someone elses food. I had startet eating my fries, even putting salt and pepper on them - dipping them...in the sauce. And then they took the plate away and gave it to another table. Not so cool.More
The pasta here is excellent and the pizza was very good too. We had the pasta bolognese and a pizza bolognese. There is outdoor seating. I woul eat here again.
Ended up here unplanned as the restaurant I had chosen didn’t have a good vegetarian option for me. Spago was brilliant! Really lovely hearty Italian food with great quality ingredients. The service was also great. I had to ask to make some changes to the...menu to suit my diet - and the waiters were more than happy to oblige and the result was a fantastic meal. I would recommend the garlic bread - not on the menu (it should be) but when we asked the waiter said they can do a garlic sort of focaccia. It was delicious. We didn’t have time for dessert unfortunately before leaving to go back to London, but I’m sure it would’ve been equally delicious.More
Nice environment, good customer service and delicious food. Mi kids loved the pasta and the pizza. The service was quick and efficient.
The food was decent, at best. The atmosphere is pretty cool. It’s location is in a good spot, close to the grand palace and surrounding attractions. The wait staff was attentive.
We booked in advance and had lots of reminders sent to ensure we were still attending. When we arrived, we were shown to a table near the bar, so not ideal but not a deal breaker. I was told, quickly, that they were not accepting...card payments, when I advised them I didn't have enough cash with me I was directed to an ATM " around 150m away". This was not great as it was pouring with rain; moreover, we were not told in advance of this issue and it appeared from signage that cards were accepted. I understand that covid may have caused cash flow issues, but why this couldn't be notified in advance so I could have arranged sufficient cash? Anyhow, at first I could not find the ATM and so returned to the restaurant for further directions, which were given. When I returned with the cash a couple were moving from a window table so we asked to be relocated and the waiter agreed to this; however another couple simply jumped up and sat down in the window seat and so this was the last straw, we got up and left. All in all, a really poor experience which marred what had until then been a pleasant day in Brussels.More
Good food, fresh and tasty. Friendly service, clean and value for money. Clean restaurant, good atmosphere and delicious dishes. Will definitely go back.

The pizza we ordered at Spago with delicious and had just the right Italian ingredients. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location and ambiance were great too.
It was a 3 day stay in Brussels so i triend almost everything on the menu. Everything was freshly prepared and tasty and the staff was amazing. The best by far.
Great place to enjoy a great plate of pasta or pizza. Great place to have a casual dinner and drink. Great outdoor place as well!
Went here for the 3rd time now already and was always very pleased with food and the friendly service. Also had one of the best lasagnes of my life here.
A pleasant restaurant with good food. Prices are between € 11 and € 25. Suitable for a lot of occasions.
Went there on a Sunday evening with my wife and 3 daughters : overall good experience. Correct service, waiters not pushy, no long waiting times - time between starter and main course was just right. Food was very tasty, seafood spaghetti I had was prepared...with that typical extra amount of olive oil left on the bottom of your plate at the end: that's how I like it. Generous but not excessive portions, all plates were empty so just right. Recommended.More
The place is located in a busy lively and hype neighborhood Service is OK no more neither friendly nor efficient for an Italian place The food list has a lot of choices One appetizer of deep fried calamari rings was lame : 10 rings at...all wrapped in a thick dough ...nothing italian here : it's heavy and not generous : 12€ : 1,20€ a ring! I could not believe ti! Pasta Dish was very good : pasta perfectly cooked and seasoned with a decent tuna steak cooked as requested and super fresh Wines by the glass are OK but reds are served right out of the fridge and thus not good. I did not taste the pizza, but it looked flat, with a flat rim (cornicione) : not a good sign.More
