Lousy service, terrible food. The waiter was more preoccupied with his music playlist than his costumers. Food was cold and undercooked, burgers missed toppings and sauce (and taste). Poutine was not “with love from Quebec”, with frozen cheese curds and mushy fries.
As a burger lover, I had looked forward to this visit, but was duly disappointed both with the meat and the service.
If I wish to be spoken to and treated in an 'hautain' way, I would have taken the train to Paris. The many...negative reviews are not wrong.
Rather than thinking you are right about everything, for a restaurant it's sometimes better to rethink it's base. In this case it's hamburgers in the 21st century, not 1950.More
We did not enjoy our burger. The meat come from frozen. It was a wet burger.... and the fries comes cold. The waiter had an attitude when I asked to reheat them.
Very disappointing for a20 euro burger!
To be avoided !
Went here based on a recommendation. It is absolutely worth trying. Huge burgers, tasty fries, fine onion rings. They have children sized burgers of every type as well. Staff is kind. Good value for money.
The burgers are tasteless compared to otherburger restaurants in the neighborhood. The french fries ar in small quantities and they were all hard and burnt!
Staff is nice but that's all. The place looks nice too. However, the burger are really bad and the fries...are hard.
Overall, if you hare hungy, avoid going there! You will not be satisfied, try out other better places.More
