A vast variety of champagnes and well experienced staff. But the prices aren't justified. It was expensive. You can give it a try if you're in brussels but not a place which you would repeat.

Stumbled across this little gem as we walked down from gare centrale and wow we were glad we did! We had a warm welcome from Eric who was an absolute gentleman and so knowledgable! Worth a visit for a very unique experience!
