I went there to have a lunch. The food was a bit disappointed. The fried things were very fatty anda lot of oil. We didn't taste the food properly because it was very very fatty. Unfortunately. Before the quality was much better. The menu during...lunch time is restricted.More

Has a very central location, food is average. You can visit during the day for 19 euros but the menu is limited and choices for some one with allergies or vegetarian/vegan very slim. I visit it once a year just for it's location, nothing special...on the menu and employees may ignore you sometimes. If you are willing to pay a bit more there are some alternatives in the are, but if you want a cheap buffet way to goMore

This is a nice buffet in downtown Brussels. All you can eat sushi that is made to order. The price is now 18.90 euros.

Utter rip off!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! They have no intention of giving you your orders; you pay full price but only get the 1st service!!! Actually unlawful, dishonest and just plain nasty!!! Staff is horrible; never had service like it!!! Shameful on all levels!...Shame on you.More

Food is nice but service is rough and rushed! Lighting bad so you can’t read the menu very easily and you have to do the whole thing at their pace (very fast!) not yours. Not conducive to chatting and taking your time. Shame as food...is good but so rushed, you barely notice it!!! Will NOT go back.More

It is not the first time I go to Ninja House (and won't be the last one), but this time was a bit disappointing. We went for lunch (the all you can eat offer) just before Christmas and the restaurant was really busy. Maybe this...is why we were not given everything we ordered. Not a huge issue, as one is allowed to order up to 5 times (so you could request again whatever is missing), but really disappointing. On the other hand, we were given things we didn't order 😁 - we returned them. I am sure we will go again, but probably better to avoid busy periods.More

We went to this restaurant during lunchtime for their "all you can eat" offer. We were greeted by a waitress that shouted us to leave the umbrella and then left. Apparently asking for somebody to show you a free table is too much to ask....The waitresses never even looked us in the eye and never spoke a word. They would nervously grab our written order in their way out of the room and would bring the servings on their way in. It is understandable the level of the restaurant, but making your customers not feel like a burden is not that much to ask for. Absolutely horrible experience. The food? It was ok, but even if it were to be the greatest sushi in the world, it is unenjoyable in that environment. For the all you can eat you pay around 19 euros. If you are thirsty, a bottle of water will cost you the great beauty of 7 euros. Do not suggest and will not be back.More

Waste of time and money. Very oily food to make you feel full and eat less. Poor food quality. Also the service (rude staff) and atmosphere are uncomfortable. Having a simple sandwich or even fries in Brussels is better experience.

Awful all you can eat experience, staff super unfriendly they don't even look at you, we waited for ages for sushis each round, fried food is barely comestible, they charge 7 euros for a 1l bottle of water, they know you are a tourist and...that your not coming back. There are easily much better places with better staff and service and service.More

Food is tasty and well prepared. Although, we visited the restaurant during its "All-you-can-eat" times, the food did not look like any kind of 'large-scale production'. Of course the quality cannot be compared with a high class sushi restaurant, however, a good value for money!...Nevertheless, next to the food, there is also always the service which was terrible! Super super unfriendly and in such an international city not able to speak any other languages than French. Regarding the toilets - better go before or after. They were not very hygienic and everything but clean.More

It was not the first time in this place. It has never been a 'good one', nor a cheap one. However, it used to be 'ok' and with the AYCE formula... The last time we went there it was simply DISGUSTING. The fish was tasteless,...and smelly. Cooked stuff was too heavy and the service was awful as usual. Result?! Both me and my friend had 'digestion issues' for the following 3 days. Never againMore

For 18 euros the all you can eat lunch is a very good deal. This place is not about the usual “good service”. They are busy and won’t bother having small talks with guests. It is about going there with friends and spending hours sharing...food and having good conversations. Food is very delicious and plenty to choose from.More

For our three year anniversary together, we searched for a nice place to eat sushi. Through both TripAdvisor and Google we found this restaurant. The reviews were doubtful, but we wanted to try it out ourselves. This was the biggest mistake we could have made....It was absolutely horrible. We were unfriendly greeted by the waitresses, were placed at an unhygienic and sticky table, the cooks were screaming loudly in the kitchen and the overall atmosphere in the restaurant was miserable. We ordered a bottle of water, but we had no glasses at our table, so the waitress just took some off another (empty) table, not that hygienic, who knows how longs they have been standing there? Then we ordered some sushi, among which nigiri, maki and tempura shrimp. At first we received the tempura shrimps, which were not that fresh anymore, sticky and tough. Thereafter, we received sushi, but the wrong dishes, so we went to the waitress (who did not speak any English at all), and told what went wrong. She went up to the kitchen and after a couple of minutes we received the right sushi, but then it all went downhill. The smell of the fish was terrible, it smelled like a week old fish, the rice was not as sticky as it supposed to be, but rather grainy and tough. After the first bite, we both wanted to through up, this is definitely not what we are used to. So we complained about it, but the owner just did not want to listen to us and kept telling us that everything was freshly made. Eventually we agreed upon only paying for the water and we left. If you think about going to Ninja House, don’t do it. There are way better restaurants in Brussels.More
