For 21,50€ you can " eat all you can " from a choice of more than 100 small dishes. ( 12 to 16 hours ) It is a grand illustration of the intelligence of those little folks ( average IQ 105, which is a lot per centimeter ) I think that it was better 2 or 3 years ago. The ginger has disappeared from the ginger tea, for example. Was it too expensive ? It is not great cuisine but for the price you should not complain.

A really poor service

The dishes were relatively good even if they did not match the pictures. Regarding the service and welcome really 0! We arrived in the restaurant without knowing where to go and the waitresses passed us without trying to help us. Once settled we find ourselves faced with two waitresses unable to smile at customers, who respond coldly and send desserts on the table as if it were a chore for them. The answers are cold, the faces closed, the service slow... Goodbye!

I went there to have a lunch. The food was a bit disappointed. The fried things were very fatty anda lot of oil. We didn't taste the food properly because it was very very fatty. Unfortunately. Before the quality was much better. The menu during lunch time is restricted.

If you want to eat in a restaurant where you are served in a respectful and polite manner, please go your way! We asked to be placed upstairs because the table assigned to us was crowded with other people and the space between us was very small. Following this, a fairly healthy and tall Asian lady said to us “If you want to go up, Go!” Come on then! » (In a very dry way). We went up and we were served every 20 to 25 minutes and each time a dish was placed on the table, it was 3 or 4 sushi grand max (There were 4 of us at the table). When we asked the waitresses (2 African-type ladies) why so much waiting time when the restaurant is not full, she replied “what do you mean?!” We serve you there, right?! And they leave, leaving us speechless. Too bad, it's a restaurant we used to go to but too many things have changed... Surely the beginning of the end for this restaurant...

I have been to this restaurant many times with family and friends because it was so good, both in terms of the quality of the food and the atmosphere. Hygiene there is impeccable. I only go there at lunchtime with the "all you can eat" formula (under conditions; more information on their website which is well done). Each time, I really liked it. There is practically nothing that I found bad, there are things less good than others, but nothing poorly cooked or poorly executed. I am a good customer and I have always been well received, I have never had a problem except for ordering via the QR code which does not always validate the order, sometimes you have to insist a little. Other than that, nothing to complain about, everything is very good. The service is a little long because all the products are fresh and therefore made at the last minute with regard to sushi, makis, etc. I really like it and I will happily return. I strongly recommend. (sorry for the quality of the photos, I was so excited to eat!)

Food is nice but service is rough and rushed! Lighting bad so you can’t read the menu very easily and you have to do the whole thing at their pace (very fast!) not yours. Not conducive to chatting and taking your time. Shame as food is good but so rushed, you barely notice it!!! Will NOT go back.

We don't recommend this sushi "all you can eat". The food was terrible, we also had the wrong dishes twice. The staff was very cold with the costumers and the place was not very clean.

I would go again, but this time was a bit disappointing

It is not the first time I go to Ninja House (and won't be the last one), but this time was a bit disappointing. We went for lunch (the all you can eat offer) just before Christmas and the restaurant was really busy. Maybe this is why we were not given everything we ordered. Not a huge issue, as one is allowed to order up to 5 times (so you could request again whatever is missing), but really disappointing. On the other hand, we were given things we didn't order 😁 - we returned them. I am sure we will go again, but probably better to avoid busy periods.

We went to this restaurant during lunchtime for their "all you can eat" offer. We were greeted by a waitress that shouted us to leave the umbrella and then left. Apparently asking for somebody to show you a free table is too much to ask. The waitresses never even looked us in the eye and never spoke a word. They would nervously grab our written order in their way out of the room and would bring the servings on their way in. It is understandable the level of the restaurant, but making your customers not feel like a burden is not that much to ask for. Absolutely horrible experience. The food? It was ok, but even if it were to be the greatest sushi in the world, it is unenjoyable in that environment. For the all you can eat you pay around 19 euros. If you are thirsty, a bottle of water will cost you the great beauty of 7 euros. Do not suggest and will not be back.

Waste of time and money. Very oily food to make you feel full and eat less. Poor food quality. Also the service (rude staff) and atmosphere are uncomfortable. Having a simple sandwich or even fries in Brussels is better experience.
