Popped in for Breakfast on Saturday morning. We had waffles and hot chocolate. Both were amazing. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in Brussels. We tried 6 of the pralines too which were soooo good!

We went here on a chocolate tasting tour, and this chocolate was amazingly delicious. There were flavors I wouldn’t have thought would be good with chocolate, but was really good. They are closed on Mondays, so plan ahead.

I want to move to Brussels just so I can have one piece of chocolate from Frederic Blondeel every day. Once you taste his chocolates, nothing else will ever compare. This place is a hidden gem.

Quiet and unassuming, removed from the chaos of Grand Place, this chocolate shop was our favorite of the trip. We made a few visits here on our last day to stock up on assortments to bring home. The woman who worked there was very patient...More

No but Blondeel, like Marcolini, roasts the beans himself.
