Super setting - casual atmosphere - great service
Had a very very good pan fried calf liver (Foie de veau poêlé à l’anglaise, pommes rôties au romarin)!!
Wanna go back to try the rest of the menu - next time the Vongole (heard it is...brilliant)More
We pre booked which was good because the restaurant was very busy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I wanted a starter to share and a different starter as a main for me which caused no problem at all. The food was very...good with the exception of the panna cotta which seemed to have too much gelatine.More
I have eaten here twice since the reopening of Brussels restaurants, once with my family and once with a friend and had a very good meal on both occasions. The restaurant has adapted well to the current restrictions, with discreet screens and more outdoor tables....The interior is bright and makes the most of the corner site.
Unlike so many restaurants here, which seem to be run by well-meaning but clueless amateurs with no notion of service, everthing here runs smoothly: the menu is brought, you have time to study it, but are not abandonned and the food arrives after a short wait. The cooking is very good, polpettes were well seasoned, with a rich sauce, linguine with truffle had a generous shaving of truffle and the strawberry pavlova was perfectly judged.
It's not cheap, with most main courses around €20-28, but then it is around the corner from the Sablon. Worth noting is that on a Thursday, you can bring your own wine, with no corkage fee, which makes this an excellent choice to enjoy some good bottles without the chore of cooking at home.More

Thank you so much for your positive advise. We are very glad you enjoyed our restaurant.
We hope to welcome you very soon again .. maybe on a thrusday ?
Delicious meal with friends last evening. We debated, entree and main, or main with dessert. The second choice won. It was superb. Beautifully presented and a delight. We spent several hours in great conversation and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They live in Holland, we in Canada...so we seldom meet together. So glad it was here for dinnerMore
Came for a business dinner with some esteemed colleagues. Expected high-end experience, but this went above and beyond.
Food is excellent, service is is superb (both of the team and of Mr. Khalid - the owner who keeps checking that everything is OK) and the...atmosphere of the place is perfect for business meetings.
To make it clear that this is the place to be, during our meal we were joined by the royal family of Belgium: the former King and Queen Albert II and her highness.
Prices are more than affordable, specially for such a meal and such an evening.More
We had been in Paris and traveled to Brussels for a couple of days. Our concierge made a reservation for us here and we were pleased. Service was excellent and the food was superb. I had the ravioli and my friend had the chicken in...puff pastry. Desserts were great too. The best restaurants in Brussels are booked at lunch so make a reservation!More
