Went in for a quick dinner, you know when the food arrived within 2 minutes of ordering it that something is wrong! The lasagne was still frozen and ice cold in the middle with just hot white sauce poured on top. The waiter seemed unsurprised...by the complaint, took the food back, we promptly just paid for drinks and left.More

Stay away! Food was horrible, but the dishonesty even worse. They ran my credit card twice, once for the actual amount (45 Euros) and then again for 100 Euros. I saw the pending charges on my cc accountant went back to them the next day....They acted all surprised and blamed the waiter, who was not present at the time.More

We are surprised by the extremes in negative review. Two of us ordered mussels. They were excellent. One of us ordered salad nicoise. Mediocre. Tuna was okay. There was too much dressing poured on top of lettuce, making everything limp and seemingly not fresh. Fries...that came with mussels were good. The restaurant is about 1.5 blocks from Grand Place. The waiter we had was very nice and friendly. Always smiling. A bit forgetful (he forgot an order of beer although the restaurant wasn’t busy).More

Had a evening meal here during the Xmas Markets. Only a small restaurant and does not look much from outside, however the food was fantastic. The waiter we had was extremely helpful and looked after us well. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

The genuine article, a real local restaurant. I was the only English speaker there. Good selection of local beers and a few bistro standards, very well done. The waiter goes outside to smoke, but when there, is attentive. It's small, near the Grande Place and...the Bourse, away from the crowds. Inexpensive and good value.More

If I had read the reviews before eating here I wouldn’t have bothered BUT it was actually really nice! Staff were really friendly and chatty and the food was good. It wasn’t as busy as other places (maybe due to the reviews) but that was...the appeal for us. If you want somewhere not so busy to watch the world go by, give this place a try.More

The food was absolutely disgusting. I have never eaten anything as bad as the pastas served there. It seems to me that it was a plain block of margarine melted in the pastas and nothing else. They tried to make me pay for it even...though I couldn't eat it. Inedible. Disgusting and shameful.More

Very rude personnel, at least the one in the second picture. Not family friendly, if you have an infant with you then you are not welcome. Never again.

Came here for dinner after long flight from the USA. Very nice ice cold beer followed by shrimp croquettes which we not so great. Very stodgy with very few shrimp inside. Went for the moules in house sauce, which had cream and pastis, but I...didn’t take any aniseed at all - maybe they forgot to add it! Desert was Dame Blanche - ice cream was good but the chocolate sauce was very disappointing. How hard is it to heat up some real Belgian chocolate instead of using cheap squirty chocolate sauce!!! Was ok but won’t be returning next time I visit Brussels in 2 months.More
