The food and service were excellent. Despite our complex dietary restrictions they provided a lovely degustation experience. We shifted gears to wine pairings mid-meal without a hitch.

Under new management, Alexandre delivered a friendly and delectable experience from start to finish. We were over in Brussels to live Brexit from the heart of Europe and we were delighted to be looked after by Lise and her team. Great cocktails, delightful food, superb...wine, cheese and liqueurs that lasted until breakfast the next morning. We will be back.More

Each time, it is the same wonderful experience. Food and wines are so tasteful and together with friendly service, they are creating the elements to spend a magnificent dinner. More than recommended.

My visit to Alexandre was a wonderful dinning experience. I ordered the large tasting menu and I think the overall experience was over two hours in duration. I found the staff to be both delightful and informative. Recommended.

Small venue, however nicely arrange, which creates an intimate experience. Great service and very helpful. The wait staffs were good enough. Food on the other hand was out of this world. Delicious and very well thought by the chef. I cannot wait to return to...this restaurant.More

We booked and received written confirmation from this Michelin starred restaurant last April 14, 9 weeks prior to the date. five days prior to the date, the restaurant sent us a cancellation notice without any explanation! Upon questioning them, they claimed "computer system error", and...offer us an aperitif if we came some other time! This is a completely inappropriate and unfit for a Michelin starred restaurant.More

I went last night with my daughter. We reserved the restaurant late as we had another reservation which we decided to cancel. Alexandre couldn't have been better - they called us pre dinner to ask about allergies which was helpful as my daughter is allergic...to seafood. The menu was exquisite and priced so right. A bit expensive but worth every penny due to quality, presentation and service. A fabulous evening and so unlike noisy bustling places we normally frequent. This was like balm for the soul.More

Beautiful dining room, with stunning, well executed dishes. We enjoyed every bite. The menu is a 'surprise'. You advise of any allergies, and the dishes are explained at your table on arrival. I love this type of menu, and at the price point, it's very...reasonable. We chose the 6 course menu (opposed to 3) and were feeling very full and satisfied at the end. The wine pairing is a very reasonable price and a good add on to the two menus offered in the evening, if you want wine by the glass, they do not have a list but will advise you of what is available (apparently it changes often so they don't have a printed version). The wine list by bottle is well selected, and some great bottles were priced well-reasonably. At the end of the meal we were asked if we would like tea or coffee, we declined, and I explained I was quite full. Perhaps this is why we were the only table that were not offered the petit fours, of the 6 other tables dining that night. Even though I was full, my husband was looking forward to finishing off the meal with something small and sweet, as is always the case at every other degustation meal we've had in many different countries. It was a slightly disappointing end to what was otherwise a great meal, but in hindsight, I believe the service was the part that let this restaurant down. At the start, we were given the lunch menu by accident, and I could barely understand the English explanation of each dish. Granted, English is not the official language here, but I also speak French, and would have been happy with a French name of certain ingredients if the server couldn't translate, instead (FYI I entered the restaurant saying I had a reservation in French but was replied to in English from then, also there were other English speaking diners). We asked for the bill, and waited some time for the card machine, and then had to ask if we could have our coats before leaving. All of these little things we probably would have forgiven but came to be sticking points because of the petits fours incident. I believe the back of house staff must be very professional, and experienced but the front of house staff, a little too young and 'green', albeit very nice. If the restaurant can tie up these little things, I'm sure it will reclaim it's Michelin star as the food is well worthy of it. Nonetheless, I would recommend this for a romantic evening or special occasion!More

So first of all I want to say you need to Reserve table before you are coming.Restaurant have 8 tables and need reservation before. The menu is proposed 2 possibilities for middle dinner table and full one.Firs will cost 70€ pro Person, second one 120€ pro person.Staff...very kindly will ask you,if you have any allergies or not eating something.Water and starting drinks were included in this price. For main course you can choose which kind of wine you want to drink.Glass was around 30€.Now about kitchen and food.Food are very fresh and tasty, very nice combinations of ingredients. We hade for main course fish and meat, both were fantastic tasty.Hole atmosphere is harmonic and relaxed.Staff very good speaking English as well as French. The interior for us can be more interesting, but on the other side it’s more focused on food.So in addition I will add photos! Can recommend this restaurant to all people!!!More
