We arrived here unsure we'd found the right place. It was quiet but had been recommended and what a great recommendation. We both had filet steak, chips and veg and shared a bottle of wine. It was so tasty I couldn't take the smile off my face! I would highly recommend coming here for a great steak and chips!!

There is a main square a few meters away, but this restaurant is so much more personal. We had beef filet and porc filet and both of them were just excellent.

a nice little local restaurant - so much better than the ones by the main square - personal and attentive service - and brilliant food I had the rump steak which was done to perfection. Very highly recommended.

Had dinner here last night. It was very quiet because of the current fear factor but it was excellent. The food was lovely - beautifully cooked fish. And the service friendly. Chef / owner came out and chatted. What a nice guy. Recommend it whole-heartedly.

My husband and I stopped here for dinner on a cold evening. Small restaurant but big on hospitality. Very friendly waiter, and the chef is very personable. Food was excellent, chef knows what he is doing.

This was by far the best restaurant we ate in during our stay in Belgium. The food was magnificent. There was nothing left on our plates. We had a fine bottle of wine to accompany our meal. Only 2 people working the restaurant: the owner/chef and his helper. The owner/chef is 78 years old who prepares meals as it is... More

Quiet restaurant and quite quirky as the chef is very attentive and talkative. Good food and fair prices. Well worth another vist and good for the area

We arrived in Brussels on a Friday night for the Grand Prix later in the weekend and having palled up with another couple decided to head out of the hotel in search of food. We made a huge mistake and blundered into the red light district. Beating a hasty retreat, we stumbled upon this restaurant in a small square with... More

We spent four days in Brussels, and ate in several restaurants, but this place was only the one where we really felt welcomed! Place was cozy and owner regularly checked we had everything ok, and he really felt like he cared (rare in Brussels!) We had steak and lamb chops, and they were as good as the service. Really would... More
