Well, let's start with the positive. The staff are very nice and attentive, the interior is clean and nice, a bit dated maybe but it is in an old building. The problems only start with the star of any restaurant: the food. I had the...vitello tonnato, I love this dish and eat it whenever on offer. This one was ok but more something I would expect if lunch garden served vitello tonnato. Or to put it in another way, if that was my first experience with that dish I would probably never bother to order it again. From then things got worse, I ordered some wagyu beef, now it might be wagyu (although I also question that) but if I was a butcher I would be ashamed to sell that. It was mostly gristle and sinew, it was also raw, not saignant, not bleu but raw. I didn't bother sending it back because I didn't want to wait any longer for what amounted to be 4 bites of beef with some undercooked vegetables (the 5 grams of potatoes it was served with were done well to be fair). Couple this with the prices they (dare to) ask for their food and you won't be hard pressed to find a better Italian restaurant at (at least) half the price.More

kind host, thanks for your review. about the criticisms we can only accept, reluctantly, your thoughts do not think that our product is passed off as she believes in another thing. Having said that, her problem and that of many people who complain is always...More

I have visited Le Buoene Maniere on two occasions. Once as a business dinner and once as a family one. It was every time a great service, the recommended food of good quality (both fish and meat) and wine that paired well with food for...a decent price. Waiter was super friendly. We will come back for sure..More

Quality seems to run in the family as the owner's brother used to run the M starred Da Mimmo. Delicious, refined Italian. Great ingredients. Good service. Business lunch is great value.

Large and friendly group, no major budget constraints. Well received and well served. Very good food and wine. One insolent element among the staff who alas spoiled the evening for certain of the guests.

Dear Customer we apologize for the small inconvenience that happened in the room and we hope to be able to welcome it again with a much more pleasant situation than the last. kind regards

I had heard it is one of the better restaurants in the area. Nice setting indeed and very friendly service. But the food, supposedly the better Italian classics, was not to the same level. None of the dishes had that little extra that would justify...the price. You can get the same dishes for half the price at any decent Italian restaurant. Which tells me you pay for the setting, which is frankly not that exceptional. Good wine though. But overpriced. We paid 190 euro for 2 starters/2 mains/2 desserts and 2 glasses of wine....More

Wonderful classy Italian restaurant on Avenue de Tervuren, famous to be the most beautiful street of Belgium. Metre d'hotel is the nicest men and service in general is very attentive and respectful. Restaurant is located in an elegant mansion with small garden in front, where...I believe you can eat during the summer. Place is not too big and not too small, just exactly what you need to have a dinner date or eat out with a group of friends. We definitely will be back!More
