Waiter was rude and didn't even ask us for our order, just walked around avoiding the looks of customers until we went and asked to order (had already tried signalling). Then after seeing we had finished our drink he came and stated the bill, rather than asking us if we wanted anything else or even if we wanted the bill..... More

Good food and beer but the attendance was really bad, I waited 10 minutes to be seen by the waiter. He was very rude and missed the check. The price it's too expensive.

This place oozes charm and authenticity! We were greeted and welcomed by an 83 year old waiter who promptly took our order and promptly brought our food. He was charming, interesting and added character to the place. Unfortunately, a waitress took over for a period of time and got our pomme fritte order incorrect and did not stop by enough... More

The staff is efficient but I couldn't say friendly. The selection of beers available is excellent as the ambiance. You can have achieve of small appetizers too.

We stopped of here late one morning for coffee, which then turned into a couple of drinks. Great spot to watch the world go by. The owner a Gentleman in his 80's was very welcoming and we found the service good. So much so that we went back on several occasions over the weekend, even going back one night for... More

Obviously i had to check out this place as a fan of Belgian Beer, but it seems it has become a tourist hotspot for everyone... food seemed frozen and heated up and the beer honestly taste better in the UK...how was that possible??

We go often to the Sablon and we have stopped there a few times. The services is OK, the food is good, and the bier is wonderful. When good weather outside is nice. Overall is ok although not extraordinary.

This is a lovely little cafe just off a square allowing you to relax and watch the world go by as you enjoy the food and leffe. We had the mussels in garlic and fries and they were excellent. The portions are huge though so don't order a starter! Waitress was very friendly and helpful.

I don't get what's with the bad reviews on trip advisor, the service was prompt, attentive, and courteous, and the menu and drinks delivered on what they promised. It's probably a little overpriced but this is Sablon after all, and the view was worth it for a very pleasant Sunday lunch. Have the veal kidneys or the duck breast, delicious... More
