We were two and we had a good fish dinner. The atmosphere is nice, lights are a bit strong, but the people are very friendly and efficient. The entire area where the restaurant is located is worth the visit.

It is located in the nice area with the fish taverns and it is really worth a visit! We picked the menu of 47 euros and although it is expensive,we did not regret it!We had fish soups, oysters, scampi with garlic, lobater a l'amoricaine, tarte tintin, merinque with coconut icecream and red fruits.Everything was so tasteful as if it was cooled by an artist!Don't miss this... Great stop for lunch on a cold Saturday. The fish soup and the cod in beurre blanc were excellent and so was the Pouilly-Fume recommended by our waiter. We could have done without the country radio station playing, however.

My husband and I ate here during our last night in Brussels on holiday vacation. We walked down to the Fish Market area and stumbled across this gem. We are so grateful they were able to seat us because the restaurant is highly acclaimed and we had no reservations. We were welcomed and seated quickly. The wait staff was very... More

We went to this seafood restaurant as a group of four friends on New Years Eve at lunch time. There was an oyster bar outside catering for passers by from the winter market. That was our main attraction. We were greeted by the waiter and got the only free table at the front of the room beside the window. It... More

This is my Nth time at the Huitriere and this was one of the best experiences. My wife and I went for two seafood platters, one with more shellfish and the other with more crustaceans, and my wife and I shared. Quantity and quality were very good, even exceptional. Friendly and professional service. A bottle of superb Baron L from... More

We had the menu on offer and the food was exceptional. The personal attention of the manager / owner was evident and he personally visited each table. Wine selection is large but they are eager to make suggestions.
