Was in Brussels on a technical course and we just had to have mussels from Brussels =) This is the place to be for sure. The mussels can be prepared 69 different ways! I had the 'Genghis Khan' which were absolutely amaaaazing. This is with some sauce with vodka and paprika. Be sure to call ahead! Not that much space... More

Situated a bit outside the city centre, this is a hidden gem. The moules frites were excellent, and it is easy to be overwhelmed by the huge variety in moules offered. Unfortunately, the restaurant is slightly pricey and you would be in for at least 35-40€ pr head.

This place was recommended to me by a colleague, and it is amazing. The mussels were large, fresh and tasty. There are 69 different recipes of mussels available. I had number 69! The service was excellent. The price was very reasonable. I can't wait to go back and try another recipe.

I've been here twice till now. The first time we had a normal belgium meal, carbonnade. It was delicious, the meat was really tender and the sauce delicious. The second time we went here, we ordered moules. They were fresh and delicious too. Service is quick and very gentle to accomodate all their guests. Would I go back? Yes! :)

I went with two people looking for top notch mussels and we fell in love. The atmosphere is cosy and the interior is beautiful. We had two types of mussels and a steak. This was, without a doubt, the best meal we've had in a long time. Fresh and delicious. The portions were perfect and so was dessert :-) The... More

A lovely restaurant with a dazzling number of flavours of Moules on the menu, all served with frites for a proper Belgian dining experience. The portions are big - for 25 euros you get a big pot of mussels, all far bigger and jucier than any I've ever seen in England, and a bowl of frites. The staff are friendly... More

Great range of mussels (with frites) options to try. 69 in all ranging from 25 to 30 EUR. I booked for there "save 25% if you finish by 20.20" early eater option which was a great deal. First time having muscles and it didn't disappoint. Just a shame there was a huge hair in my pot which brings the score... More

With 69 different ways of preparing mussels, this restaurant is number one in the capital of "moules-frites". The place is small and packed every day, so book a table! The French fries are prepared the right way, hot and crusty. The portions are huge and the prices are correct. Large wine list where you'll find the adequate whites or rosés.... More
