Love trying foods I love in different countries..and I love Pho, so I frequent these restaurants quite often. Found this place on trip advisor while walking thru Grote Markt. Restaurant is super small, with both indoor and outdoor seating. It had no air conditioning and felt like a sauna, but I was able to cool down with some cold bottled... More

There is a wide range of Vietnamese style food at reasonable cost. The place is small so service is quick. It is located in a vibrant area to enjoy a drink after the meal

The menu was not very informative. Staff could not explain in french or english what was in each dish. Chicken dishes tasted weird, like undercooked checken. Too slow service. We got served over an hour after ordering.

The food was above average but the service was poor. My simple meal of summer rolls and pho took almost an hour and a half to finish. The rolls came about 15 minutes after ordering. It took about 5 minutes to finish and another 10 minutes before the empty platea were taken away. It then took about another 45 minutes... More

When we walked down the street there were many attractive restaurants and bars but when we arrived to Hong Hoa, I thought that it is just another asian fastfood. The place was small and indeed not attractive, but when it came to food... We were 5 persons, everyone liked the food, everyone shared the dish and all were happy. The... More

We ordered steamed spring roll and beef noodle with fried spring rolls. I don't like the steamed spring roll very much because there is mint in it which reminds me of tooth paste. But the beef noodle with fried spring rolls are really nice. Mixed with sweet and sour sauce, it is very delicious.

We hadn't eaten here for about 3 years and were delighted to discover that the quality and quantity are still the same. Authentic Vietnamese dishes for the most part and some tasty Thai- and Chinese- influenced dishes. But their soups are the stars! Small and cozy!

Me and a friend ended up going there for dinner after walking by the place and as the menu seemed fine for us, we decided to stay. The service was quite friendly and efficient (at least until a large group came in at which point we had to go inside to pay as they were too slow to come out... More
