This restaurant was just in front of my hotel. Went there exhausted from my daily walks/museums/tours. Small chat with the staff, excellent bread and european cuisine. Just watching people on the square- a pure relax at the end of the day

Despite being in a popular tourist location this restaurant is horrible. It's dark, dirty and the menu is terrible. Worst of all is there are mice running around on the shop floor in the restaurant. We visited here at around 9pm and there were not...many people in the restaurant however the number of mice was more than the number of humans. During the meal I regularly saw over 10 mice running around and quite frankly it was disgusting and this restaurant needs to be shut down as soon as possible. Do not visit here, save your money and health and go elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if possible.More

Friendly, quick service and tasty snacks and drinks. We tried this restaurant just because we wanted to sit and people watch in the square and it ended up being a great choice. Nothing fancy but if you’re looking for good tasty food and drinks at...reasonable prices in a very beautiful location then it really is perfect!More

We went to this restaurant because we were visiting belgium for 1 week. We asked the waitress if it was possible to make a special burger, because my girlfriend doesn't like a lot of stuff. She said yes, and we decided to order.. I also...wanted 1 thing removed from my burger. After a loooooong time in 40 degrees celcius... WE got our drinks.. And a long long time later we got our food... WRONG! FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!! They made us the original burgers with everything we did not want. We called the waittress, she then went into the chef and told him what have happened. WE told her we are not going to eat the food if it is not getting fixed. She then went in with the food.... And then they tried to fix it. Then she came back with the food again and the food was still wrong!. Our patience was small. We we were serioustly close to leave the place... She then came out with the burgers and told us that the chef would not allow to "destroy their burgers" The burgers are only delivered the way that is on the menu.. No special things or anything removed, because that's the way he rules the place. Then we told the waittres then we do not want the food. And then she started crying and went into the chef..... All the personel surrounded her.. And she kept crying in the middle of the restaurant. Everybody looked at her. WE thought she was stressed, but serioustly??? you're an adult.. THis is not towards her. This is against the fact that we ordered food in the belief that we could get stuff removed. It all ended in that we used a translator with google.. To tell her that we are not paying full price.. She then tried to remove the fries from the price?? WTF? The fries were ok... But we weren't going to pay for the burger..My girlfriend left the burger.... I Only paid the price of 1 burger, 2 fries and the drinks because we had our car parked at place where you have to pay for parking... Otherwise I would've taken my hand grabbed my girlfriend and walked away and found another place.... TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! NEVER EVER COMMING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!! TOTAL IDIOTS WORK THERE.. 1/5 stars RATE HERE of how satisfied you were Service 0/5 Food 0/5 Value 0/5 Sincerely Tourist from DenmarkMore

We went there for a quick break while visiting the city, and it was great. The food was really good, I had one of the burgers. Our waiter was really nice too, which is always a plus. If you have the chance to go on...a sunny day, get yourself a table outside to enjoy the Grand Place. Unfortunately it was raining when we went, but the atmosphere inside is really warm and welcoming, typical from northern Europe. I would 100% recommend this place.More

Visited this restaurant previously and was pleased with the food selection. However, it has changed and now the main part of the menu is burgers with very little else to choose from. The food is still good, but the portions are smaller. If you like...burgers then this is still a reasonable place to visit. However, if you are looking for more traditional fare, then look elsewhere. The couple of dishes that we tried were ok but not special. Sadly, will not be going back.More

Our son needed to have his bottle, and in the middle of Brussels there not many places to go. Luckily we were more than welcome to do so here, while we had some drinks. Friendly staff (who did spoke Flemish), did no expect such an...atmosphere to be honest as we were at the Grand Place and most restaurants are a bit touristy. All in all a good visit!More

Stopped in for breakfast recently, and what a fantastic experience! The owner and staff were great. We didn't feel rushed at all and the food was excellent. As a coffee addict, it's always one of the defining factors of any visit... it's gorgeous. A rich...& smooth blend.More
