I had dinner at Ajiyoshi with a Japanese friend and he told that the level of the food was very high. Kazu don was beyond his expectations. I have not tried standard westernized Japanese dishes like sushi just because my friend was picking. Pricewise I...More

This restaurant is without doubt th ebest japanese I have tried in Brussles. The fish was fresh, incredible.. amazing thoon. A lot of varieties and new/different flavours but without contemporary originalitieS. Very classi, simple and delicius. The two cooks were extremely nice and so was...More

The fish almost literally melts on your tongue. Be sure to reserve a table at noon for that business lunch, you won't regret it if you like sushi.

The chef is Japanese and cooks authentic dishes, izakaya style. The menu is limited but vegetarians can have a meal here. Reservation is necessary, especially on weekends. I cannot give a 5th star because the service is appalling.

The place is very cramped so you need to accept sitting extremely close to others. The food is good till very good, a bit expensive though, and yes, the waiter isn't too pleasant a person.

We got refused entry on a completely empty restaurant, when we were going for a Tuesday lunch. I have no problem understanding that a restaurant can be reservations only, but why not put it on the window somewhere, it would have spared me from interacting...More

Let's face it, the waiter is rude, snotty and has an attitude you would rather expect at a random brunch place in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. BUT the food is amazing and it's one of the only places here in Brussels where you can get that typical...More

As soon as we stepped in a waiter with French style English told us "it's closed, just reservations". It's fine that a restaurant could accept just people who have reserved but it's good not to forget to be polite.

Went there without reservation and was asked to come back. Which we did, and was rewarded with high quality sushi . Noticed the guy who serve us had also turned down a number of walk in customers, although there were still empty seats around us....More
