Little Bún MAS: green papaya salad with way too much carrots and hardly any papaya, tasted just of fish sauce. Noodles bowl: the food was not warm even! Fish prawn cake ok, but again way too salty. Four very small fresh springrolls - filled with...noodles and little else. And all just too expensive: 18 Euros for a bowl of noodles? And 4.5 Euros for a glass of ice-tea that was mostly ice? Pullease. Never againMore

Dinner was great and a high quality spin on a couple of Vietnamese classics. I loved the Bo Pho. Not cheap, but seen the quality of the ingredients not very surprising. The setup is street food, so do not expect separate tables. You will be...rubbing elbows with your neighbors. There is no push to get you out to clear your spot to the next, so it is a very enjoyable experienceMore

Nice little place where you just walk in and hope to get a spot. Quality is great, price is on the verge of being expensive (€16-18 for pho, without extras). The girl serving us was very pleasant and welcoming (30/11)

Really nice place! Small menu but great flavours and spices. Try and grab a table outside as it’s a little dark inside. Had one hot soup dish with seafood and one vermicelli noodle dish. Both really great. Very good value for money and friendly service...too! All up - great! Will be back!More

Every time I go here I love it! Really tasty food which is so beautifully presented. We had every starter on the list and each came with it's own accompaniments, garnished beautifully with fresh herbs. The food is such fun! The service is excellent, each...dish is explained in detail and each time we were given advice on how best to eat it. Superb!More

We were already fan of Little Bun in Sint Jorispoort, so it was time to check the new restaurant in Volksstraat. They are open one month now. Wow, what a nice experience. The food is fresh, well prepared and very tasty. We felled very welcome,...friendly staff. We took some dishes to share and the sea bass. For the 3 of us we had enough with 5 dishes. The restaurant is nicely decorated to. After dinner you can enjoy a tea or dessert at the bar or at the tables in front of the restaurant. For us a nice new spot in the wonderful city of Antwerp.More

The pho bo was certainly not the best I ever had. Huge bowl but of course it is what’s in it that counts. The broth was rather plain tasting, nothing special. I kept thinking there was something missing in the taste, while eating, I guess...it must have been some herbs missing or the overpowering taste of the chopped coriander. And then came the bill... 21 Euro for a sparkling water and a bowl of pho is pretty heavy in my opinion. Service was fast and friendly.More

I've travelled several times to Asia myself so I came here with high expectations given the rather positive reviews on Tripadvisor. I ordered the large Pho Bo as a main dish. For those not familiar with Vietnamese cuisine: Pho is a classic Vietnamese dish consisting...of a broth, noodles and a cheap cut of meat (the Pho Bo version is with beef). Pho is considered to be street food in Vietnam and over there it's so popular because everyone can afford it. Vietnamese eat Pho like Belgians would eat fries on the go. Although the Pho surely ain't bad here it is way overpriced at € 18 for a dish of which the main ingredients are not that expensive (noodles, broth, herbs and some meat). At Bun there are also too much sliced herbs on top, bringing the taste out of balance. So, it's clear to me at Bun you mostly pay for the 'hip' concept and not so much for what's in your plate: a quite average Pho of which the 'large' version ain't exactly that large to justify the price. Asking another € 4.50 for Coconut Water out of a carton bringing the bill upto € 22,50 is simply far too expensive for what you get in your plate. You won't see many Vietnamese clients over here because they know the price is way to much. Service on the other hand was quite friendly and quick. I can imagine the owners are happy because they are smiling all the way to the bank serving Pho at these prices.More

Really small place (14 seats? - most at the counter). Very limited menu (no rice!) but really good food.

Really tiny place so a reservation is necessary. The food was fantastic and I would have given it 5 stars if it wasnt for their wine selection (onle 2 choices, both bad and overpriced).

This tiny restaurant serves fresh Vietnamese streetfood with a difference. This is also the reason that prices are relatively high and ingredients might be sold out. If these two factors can be improved, I would have rated the restaurant higher. Definitely great food but I'm...in doubt to come back because for the price I would expect a more relaxed seating and more choice from the menuMore
