If there is one place in the world where you have to go to eat lobster, Den Beer is it. Succulent lobsters in rich sauces, served in casseroles. If you do not like lobster, don't go there.

It was my Grandmother's 91st birthday and my parents had heard about this place. I love lobster and I can tell you it's the best lobster I've ever had. The place is quirky and old-school and is run by an amazing woman. The food is...More

This place is unprecedented! Its all about fresh lobster, brought in three times a week. No meat available. The lobsters are served one per person and have some 6-8 different preparations. Expect a huge lobster for around 50EUR. Try the house version in a thick...More

Small & unpretentious: no such place on the market any more! Owner is Guuske, an active 76 year old. Setting: Old tables and chairs, pictures on the wall that have nothing to do with a restaurant, but ... delicious lobster and oysters!

Lobster and bouillabaisse, not much more on the menu. Authentic setting that hasn't changed for ages. No frills, honest service.

Succulent lobster, bouillabaise or original fish 'waterzooi' in a very simple but authentic bistrot setting, for which you always have to make reservations well in advance. The lady of the house personally checks whether everthing is fine. Count about 60€ per person for the main...More

Great restaurant that's been around since the 70's. Got to known it through friends of my parents and have been there many times. I even asked my parents to take me there for my 18th birthday. Do not expect a fancy restaurant. Do expect authentic...More

You have to call them. The owner doesn’t use the internet and the menu is seafood only.
