We arrived at Bier Central as a group of 3 (a couple with a friend) at 10pm on a Friday in mid-January. It was busy but not at full capacity, so we took a seat, then one of us went to the bar to order. He was informed that there was table service, so we waited to be served, attempting... More

Approached the wait-staff multiple times, each time I was affirmed that I'd be attended to soon, I ended up leaving after half an hour without even buying a beer. There are tons of great pubs in the area for a better price, wouldn't recommend.

Late December, whilst on our way to the station, we popped in here and found ourselves enjoying some season's special xmas beers. The atmosphere is relaxed and apart from the huge selection of beers you can enjoy some appetising pub food so a place to check out if you want something easy and/or a relaxed pub to hang out.

More beers than you can shake a stick at. Huge selection, tiny menu for food but great big brochure for beers. Staff great, very helpful, well worth dropping in for a pint or 4.

The bar is cosy and very crowded as they have maybe the most type of beers from blondes to dark or fruity beers. One thing that put a real damper on our time there, is the waitress with black hair, the woman who explained to us that she is "responsible for the back of the bar" as if we were... More

We ordered the selection of beers with cheese snack and these arrived quickly. However, it took them literally around one hour to serve a fish burger (maybe because at that time the bar was overcrowded).

If you are a beer connoisseur then this place is worth a visit with over 300 beers to choose from in a very thorough catalogue. It's right by the train station so easy to find. Atmosphere is your run of the mill city centre bar if a little dingy. Perfect for a beer or two if you're passing and want... More

Visited last week waited 35 minutes to be served then abused when said we were leaving .during the 35 minute wait was moved 4times to different parts of bar. DO NOT use this bar if you want to have a decent drink. Service abysmal and prices at the top end even for Antwerp.

In this interior, that seems to be a copy of an authentic pub of the years 1930 with a typical tiled floor and "lampes belges", you may expect no-nonsense Belgian plain fare with a beer twist. To evolue the right atmosphere you can drink your beer at the into tables transformed yeast presses, seated on half barrels converted into chairs. You'll almost have to make a study to choose your beer out of the 25 draught beers and more than 300 bottled beers! There fore they present a beer encyclopedia with pictures and clarifications. On friday there is a beer sommelier to answer all your questions.
