I had a great dinner with friends at 'The Glorious'. The food was very tasty and well presented. One of the dishes had a beautiful of lobster and the fish was one of the best I ever had. Interior of the restaurant is tasteful modern. Service is was friendly and efficient, a bit cocky ("Antwerp style"). Not cheap though, but... More

Delicious food, sophisticated and beautifully presented. Their home-made gin is fabulous, who knew gin who could be so tasty - I recommend the 'spring' cocktail. Exceptional service. Highly recommended.

We made a reservation for dinner. The restaurant has a great look and feel: sturdy and a bit dark. Staff is friendly. However, although this is rated to be a Michelin star restaurant, we were really disappointed. We ordered poached egg with grey shrimps as a starter: the presentation was not great, it was a lot of food on our... More

We arrived at this place after a 2 miles walk 1 hour and 20 minutes before closure. The place is very nice and cozy. We asked for the wine list which is not a surprise given it has wine bar in its name. We were told we could only have wine with food and were sent aWay. Very strange since... More

The Restaurant is spread over 3 floors (Basement, 1st and a Mezzanine which I Rate als a separate floor, with a Bar/Wine Bistro in the Basement and an open kitchen on First floor. Lots of dark wood which I personally like. Tables are placed close to each other which gives a Bistro-style Atmosphere. Place is very lively, so not recommended... More

The glorious was recommended to us by John Verbeeck from The Troubadour and he wasn't wrong. It was a great culinary experience. Despite us being a bigger group of 7 they helped us eating a la carte (while we helped then eating the same dishes). Very friendly and professional service. Food was delicious - I had the crab salad and... More

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff to The Glorious, where we had had a delicious meal in the past, and seated in the mezzanine. There was only one table up there, so we had some sort of privacy. Disadvantage, however, was the high temperature...apparently higher than at the tables located below. Each dish was a feast for the... More
