Food was splendid, as was the service! I can recommend this to everyone. Very friendly service and a good mix of different dishes! 👌

I shouldn't really write this review because we didn't dine here. We sat at the table, and as we were going through the menu, we. realised that we'd come to the wrong place! Our intention was to visit their baby-sister which is close by. There...was a brief moment of awkwardness as we explained our situation to the waiter. But we were treated with such class and friendliness that they deserve this 5* rating. As we moved to Little Bun, they even allowed us to take our mineral water with us. They had called Little Bun in advance so that they knew the situation. And if the quality of the food at Little Bun is anything to go by, the food at their flagship restaurant has to be spectacular.More

Our second visit and we were blown away a second time. We shared the pollock, the crispy pancake, the grilled saté and a few rolls. One small detail: the food (4 plates for 2 people) came in very quick succession. It doesn't get any better...for us. Congratulations to all staff for their enthusiasm and passion.More

We loved this restaurant, lovely interior, good service and great food. We had the short menu and asked for vegetarian. From start to finish, delicious

Nice Vietnamese restaurant with beautiful tableware. Open kitchen, easy but knowledgable enthousiastic service. Choose between menu or á la carte. I had 4 á la carte dishes for myself. They suggest 3, but it was to hard to choose. Everything was fresh made, lots of...herbs. I also had a cocktail that was fresh and easy to drink. It was nice with the spicy papaya salad. Coffee dessert was great end of my meal. Last but not least, they follow the covid rules. Very important in these uncertain times.More

Next to the menu à la carte the restaurant offers a short and a long menu. We chose for the long menu and it turned out to be a balanced walk through the menu. After the appetizers with some mussels, a Vietnamese soup and a...Vietnamese pizza, we got a tartare of prawn. My wife who doesn’t like raw fish was given a cooked version with the same accompaniments. Service is indeed friendly and client centered. After a redfish with beer sauce two preparations of Galloway beef were presented. Excellent flavour and nicely cooked. The dessert based on coffee flavours was also excellent. There is an extensive wine list. We had a very good Sauvignon blanc at a very reasonable price of 30 €. We completed the dinner with a dessert wine. Very much recommended.More

In a very popular neighborhood in Antwerp, you will find this excellent Vietnamese restaurant. The decor is beautiful, the staff is lovely and they adapted so well to the post-corona era. Discrete separations between the tables, distancing between the tables and a QR-code instead of...a menu. And the journey through their surprise menu still had to start. Amazing tastes of Vietnam, combined with excellent wine. In a non Corona era, I would kiss the staff. Thank you so much for this experience. I’ll be back and I wanna try the little Bun too.More

The food is well presented and they use fresh ingredients. As they try to serve on a fine fining the food is a bit less spicy but I suppose its on purpose as they want you to taste the various ingredients more. In short food...is good, service is good and attentive but don't expect a spice bomb. Its a good transition into viet food if your not used to the various fish saucesMore

Went here with the family for a birthday dinner. Good food with lots of Vietnamese flavours. Would recommend

Great food, Vietnamese fusion and awesome staff! We had the long menu and were not disappointed. Drinks to match the dish (and not just wine but beer, cocktail and also Yuzu sake) so if you’re in for an evening of pleasant (or plezant zoals men...in Belgie zegt 😉) surprises I would surely recommend Bun Bar!More

Delicious food, fresh, vibrant flavours and wonderfully served by the friendly owner, thanks for a lovely experience. If we ever return to Antwerp your restaurant is a must. Would 100% recommend it.

I love Vietnamese food .... so this restaurant is one of my favorites in Antwerp! For the authentic Vietnamese street food you have to go to little Bun in Sint Jorispoort. In Volksstraat you can taste more refined Vietnamese food. The service and food are...sublime!!More

Overprices, minimal portions .. we had 3 large menu and were not satisfied af all. Strange tastes where we can not distill any fusion of vietnamse ... main course was goat with potaro and rice ???? Tastes like indian dish with plain tasteless rice ......very dissapointing ... 280euro for 3 peopleMore

We took the "surprise menu" and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of food and quality thereof. Interesting combinations where we see lemongrass combined with Flemish Bloodsausage and peanuts (for example). Adjusted drinks range from wines to sake to beers. Service was great and ambience...enjoyable. If you are looking for more than feeding yourself and take a risk, you can certainly try this place.More
