The Grill House 77 is located at nr. 77, but this name could be easily changed into Grill House anno 1977. It feels like decades ago when you are eating here. The atmosphere, the decoration, the lights, the carpet, the ceiling, the bar, the smell,...More

I would like to like 'the 77’, but cannot. Well, maybe just a little. This is the equivalent of turning an ancient Belgian ‘brown’ cafe into a slightly less ancient restaurant. Its charm is that it ‘oozes’ old-world, almost literally. The dining room is basic....More

Nice food, not sofisticated. The service is simple, friendly. A little expensive, but the food was nice with generous quantities

So what if the decor is outdated; it's part of the charm. And the food is fresh, presented nicely on the plate and is reasonably priced. A nice neighborhood restaurant with authentic Belgium food--especially the frites, which were worth the trip by themselves.
