Cannot recommend highly enough! Without thinking it would be, it probably was a highlight of the trip for me. Food was incredible, very good service and excellent value.

The food was excellent. Portions were spot on. Service was a bit slow although friendly. One more person would definitely make a big difference. I suggest you make it clear where people should smoke outside; standing right in front of the door is like smoking...inside. We would definitely go back and recommend it to friends.More

I just went out to have a vegan-friendly dinner on the July's middle-month day in the Moon calendar. food is quite a perfect combination between Western and Eastern philosophies of cuisines. rice, salad and grilled tofu - pineapple mixed with some kind of Asian-traditional sauce...which tastes very different. non-plastic straws and bamboo chopsticks are significantly a big plus than most of different Asian (and even European-style) restaurants just having plastic versions. highly recommended.More

The staff were very friendly and food were so deliciuos! Yummy duck and chicken. It was a lovely evening at this place. Definately will be back and it’s better to make a reservation in advance as place gets crowded during the evening.

Absolutely divine. They are nice, the atmosphere is great, dishes are amazing and prices very affordable (60 euros for 2 pax including a bottle of wine and expressos). Tou should really go ! Make a reservation as they don’t have many tables.

Trendy restaurant serving satays with an Asian twitch. The starters mix was very good and presented creatively. The main dish was a terryaki satay with rice noodles, though the noodles looked very much as capellini. The accompanying mushrooms and vegetables were lukewarm. It would have...been better if they were hotter. Service was very good and friendly. Wine list is very limited but white and red wines are available in a glass or bottle. Satay is located in a cosy urban place in the middle of Antwerp. Satay has a very nice concept with a limited choice, so everything comes to the table super fresh! It has a hip interior, with rather limited space, but that was not a...deal breaker for me. Satay has a mixed audience. I thought I would have lunch between students only, but the age was surprisingly varied. I saw a lot of family’s, grandparents with their grandchildren, friends, couples. First I began with the starter. The spring rolls weren't my favourite but the lemongrass satay, vegetables and pancakes were perfect. As a main course I took the Teriyaki beef and citrus duck and both were top notch! The meat was marinated fine and it was really tasty. It’s hard to pick a highlight given how good everything was but I would recommend you leave space for dessert and try the ube ice cream not only does it look out of this world, it’s also delicious, they served it in the summer. I found the service to be smooth and super friendly, even on busy nights. From the moment I walked the staff where attentive and helpful allowing me to change seating to seat at the cook station. They also provided suggestions for food and drink selections. I didn’t had to wait very long for my food. It took them only 10 minutes to make a beautiful and delicious meal. I would highly recommend the restaurant for everyone who likes Asian food or someone who want to try it. The restaurant is original and well located with a brilliant selection of meat, vegan and vegetarian dishes to suit everyone’s tastes! A place where you step outside with a good feeling!More

The food is delicious, we took the menu and everything was really good. The only bad thing I should point out is that the service was not good. We spent one hour and a half to have lunch because the food took more than 40...min.More

What can I say, I love Asian food, but this was supeerb! And student budget friendly 🥰 we had 3 courses, both vegetarian and non vegetarian options ar possible, the waiter was very friendly and good at English. The interior is small and cozy, and...the restaurant is mainly full, so consider making a reservation. I recommend this ambience to everybody! ps. Savjet Balkancima, kava nije nesto 😅More
