This is really outstanding food. We visited this elegant little restaurant for dinner on February 3rd, and everything was absolutely delicious. We shared the scallops as a starter, and had the stir-fried Szechuan lamb fillet afterwards. It was one of the best restaurant dinners ever. Thank you to the attentive staff, and most of all the chef, for such a... More

Truly one of the best there is in Cantonese cuisine. It's all prepared to perfection. And the owners are so kind.

This is an atypical Chinese restaurant: the menu is relatively limited, permitting the use of ultra fresh ingredients only and what Lam conjures in his tiny little kitchen is food of superb purity, quality and taste. This is also an atypical Michelin star restaurant: no glamour and no white napery but authenticity and minimalism all around. Authentic also is Lim's... More

I highly recommend. I had a steak for my main. And it is still number one for me from what i have tried so far. Book in advance.

Very interesting chinees food. The dumplings were excellent and so was the duck and the pigeon. Worth a visit.

We had a fine dinner last night at Lam & Yin. Unfortunately our waiter thought it was funny to imitate my accent as a native English speaker speaking Dutch. Flemings constantly complain that "vreemdlingen" don't try to integrate, but then laugh at you when you do try. I don't appreciate this kind of treatment, especially not when I am paying... More

The menu card isn't that extensive, but the choices offered are very tasteful. The staff was very attentive. Prices are a bit on the high side, but that's to be expected with one Michelin star. Definitely worth trying out.

Lam & Yin truly defines the preconceptions about Chinese cuisine. What you get here are fresh ingredients, combined with great care into fantastic dishes inspired by the Chinese cuisine. No wonder this small restaurant with the open kitchen got a Michelin star! The menu was presented in two ways: written on an hand fan or you could also consult an... More

I was a little disappointed. As a Michelin-starred restaurant I was expecting something a bit extra in my food experience. However, departing from my expectation the food was good and the service polite and efficient. I was not overly impressed with the restaurant itself; it seemed rather dark. Prices are similar in comparison to other prices of 'good' restaurants in... More

I was able to secure a table on my second visit to Lam & Yin. Glad I did! Had the lamb in Sechuan sauce and a few glasses of sweet and spicy German wine. Very attentive service.
