First off: the restaurant is no longer at number 675, but at no. 23 on the Gedempte Gracht. It is larger than it used to be as they apparently bought the space next door, which means that it now has three store fronts, but only one entrance door. It must have been over 35 years ago when I discovered this... More

The portions were amazingly large and before you know it, it's been served in front of you! We ordered fried rice with fu yong hai and stir fry beef for 2 pax but had to take away half of it. You can see lots of locals dining here too.

We wandered into China Town in the Hague and were glad we ate here. The portions were a good size and arrived quickly. The restaurant did get very busy later on but they didn’t make us feel rushed. Food tasty. Overall excellent.

The food here is very good and not expensive at all. You can eat very well without paying much. The service is fast and everything seems to be cooked to order. Great flavours and big plates. The interior is very basic, there is plastic on the tables (below which is the menu), so not the best place for a romantic... More

Really nice Chinese restaurant. Food looked delicious… the small bowl of chicken soup I had was tasty. It's a nice place but I think they found it a bit of a challenge seating such a large group of people (there was about twelve of us).

Have been here a number of times with some colleagues to escape from the straightforward food of our catering in the Ministry. Fat Kee is a very simple Chinese restaurant with plastic table cloths, but I always enjoy there soups which are equal to a good lunch. Staff is always friendly, the serving is fast.

Just happened upon this place and it was bustling and very busy. I had a portion of chicken fried rice which was a very large amount. It was very good. Additionally, I had the best wonton soup ever! It is a must try. Super!!!

Fat kee is a straight forward chinesse eat house. Dont expect fine dining here. But if you're like me and just love a great greasy chinesse meal, then look nowhere else :) My favourite dishes are: the babi panggang spek and kip met pepper and zout.
