Great Thai food served in a relaxed manner. No thrills interior but friendly attentive service. Well prepared dishes with great fresh ingredients. My daughter's choice.

I went here on a recent trip to the Hague, I always seem to go for a Thai Meal when staying here, but this was my first visit to this restaurant. The Restaurant was pretty full, and we were lucky to get a table, so might be an idea to book. The food was very good with plenty of flavour,... More

Our favorites, yummy! - Green curry - Kaen Massaman Kai - Thaoe Pahd Phong Kari Pad thai good as well. Small and comfortable place near the Central train Station. One dish/person could be enough for you!

Had a lovely meal here on Monday 23rd May. Been there a couple of times in past but not in the last few years. Went for the selection of starters for 2 people which was lovely. Followed by 2 excellent main courses. Portions seem bigger than what I remember from my earlier visits. Will definitely come again

This place never fails to exceed expectations. We have been regular visitors to Phonsawan and I am not exaggerating but the food gets more tastier every time.

Found this by chance and I think we were lucky. Service was a little slow, but several tables filled in a short time and it's only small, so we forgave. Food was very good with good sized portions, not too much as is often the case, I don't like to waste good food.

Whenever in Den Haag it's a must. It's probably as Thai as it can be in Europe. Green Curry with Shrimps and Yam Woonsen can make you addicted.

7 of us had dinner at Phonsawan. We ordered a 3-course menu Phonsawan Pizat and let the chef use his/her imagination. we first had the Phonsawan mix, which was excellent. We got 6 different items each, and 3 sauces. There were prawns, meat, tofu, spring rolls, wonton and fish cakes. Then we got a number of different dishes: salmon, beef,... More

East here pretty much every time I visit Den Haag. Did is always good and they always try to get you started if they can. Its a small restaurant compared to many in the area but don't let that put you off!

This small but cosy restaurant is hidden on a quiet street in the center of The Hague. I ordered a clear vegetable soup which was good and stir fried squid which was superb. Their food is really good and prices are very reasonable for the quality of food they serve. On a mid-week evening the restaurant was nearly full, this... More
