I think someone else has already said it, but I'll repeat: if you eat at one place in The Hague, please make it this. Try the kroket and the meatballs, which are the size of a baseball. It gets crowded but you'll soon know why.

Oké so the Dutch have a tradition " broodje kroket". Don't ask. There is no way I can explain this delicatesse. But of you find your self in Den Haag. This is the place to be and eat this broodje kroket. Tres chique juist like the rest of the clientèle. You eat stand-in up. And als rumors go even the... More

You need to try this one if you visit The Hague. Dungelmann is the place (they have 2 shops) where you should try the local Dutch specialty - the meat kroket !

Butcher shops and delis often have good food and good prices, and this was no exception. Good tasty lunch or snacks without breaking the bank.

Dungelmann is a butcher shop which has recently expanded with two other point os sale in The Hague. Locals go to Dungelmann for the 'kroket' or the 'gehaktbal'. The latter is a meatbal and is really good and my personal favorite. They have two varieties of it. Normal and spicy.

A must for anyone after a Dutch experience! Get in early as they sell out quickly! Make sure you have mustard! I will be back 👌

Dungelman is our weekly stop when doing our shoppings. Our favourite is the classic 'kroket' on a brown bun with or without mustard. Service is usually fast and always friendly, but the interior is basic. Two chairs inside and six seats outside (a recent developement). Most important that the meatballs, kroketten and other meat products are fresh.

Every country has their local food and in the Netherlands one thing you must try is the krokette. It's a fried snack or meal of what seems to be a breaded meat paste. Sounds gross but it's deeeelicious! At Dunglemann's you can walk up to the counter and order any variation of the krokette: plain with a dab of mustard,... More

Went to Dungelmann's to have a Krokette's with mustard. The place is still the same and did not disappoint. It was like having a fast food fix.

Very good place. With delicious kroketten and gehakt balls! We go many saturdays there to pick up something. One of the best butchers in Holland.
