Very nice staff, very nice sushi. If you don’t like fish, then you don’t have much choice. The staff is well prepared for corona and they put 1,5 distance stickers everywhere. Good service overall.

Always friendly and helpful staff

Always friendly and polite staff, visited the restaurant several times. The sushi really tastes fresh and good, besides that the cocktails are also really delicious and really worth it for the price. This place is one of my and my friends favorite places the eat sushi and relax. Really recommend this place if you want to relax and have a nice time. 🍸🍣

Nice and cool location in a commercial area of Rotterdam. All you can eat concept well done. Food is great, service is top, cocktails are amazing.

Worst food I've ever eaten

The food was really disgusting it was inedible. I honestly think it's a waste of money, I really don't recommend it, the food was dry and tasted old. The restaurant may look nice on the inside, but the quality of the food is really that bad.

The restaurant looked nice on TikTok, but was the complete opposite. On the internet it was beautiful, light, cozy and in real life it looked like any shisha lounge. The staff was anything but polite, they hovered over the food while we were eating to clear away the empty plates. The tone in which the staff spoke to us was far too friendly and not what you would expect in a restaurant. When they came by to tell them that the last round was coming, all the lights immediately turned on brightly and everyone started cleaning up and closing up.

Wonderful sushi restaurant/lounge with fabulous mixed drinks and cocktails. The service was very quick and staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the diner!!

We’ve been to Shiki several times with friends. The best dishes to order: Dragon roll and Sizzling Salmon. Love the atmosphere and the young public 👍🏻

Good quality stuff but place with issues

We regularly go to all you can eat sushi places and wanted to try this new one. The mix of sushi and cocktails lounge is nice and the lounge feeling is there even if there are families with young children. Cocktails and sushi are of good quality even if the menu is a bit limited. But there are some weird issues with this place. Why do you have to order wasabi and ginger? Why pay 2 euros for spicy mayo? Why turn on the lights to chase customers out at 10pm, even if you stop taking orders it's very customer unfriendly to hurry your clients out that early. Then the staff said any tips don't go to them, the owner uses tips to finance a yearly staff party - how weird is that, employer throwing a party for staff and let them pay for it from their own pocket? Last but not least, when you leave the building there's a disgusting stench of raw sewage from a nearby ditch which we were told has been there for a long time. What serious restaurant puts up with that - they should sue the municipality or move to a different location if it doesn't change. Really awful. So sorry but not going back there despite the good food and drink.

This marks the second time we visit this restaurant and we love it! Great food! Delicious sushi! Beautiful lounge area with good music, great for a romantic date! Lots of sushi we’ve never tried before. Nice staff.

Loved the food, loved the service. You can get any cocktail and they ARE GOOD! Totally recommend! The atmosphere is modern, yet cosy. It looks posh but it's down to earth. I recommend this restaurant for a date, a group of friends and for business!

Average quality sushi and expensive water bottles

Noisy restaurant, sushi ok! I was unpleasantly surprised that our party of 3 was charged us approx Euro 20 (3 times 7 euros) for bottled table water. I really have no problems with spending lots of money on food and wine but charging so much money for water is ridicolous. BTW be aware of the extra charge on the bill for particular sushi's on the menu.

Amazingly tasty food!

Amazing sushi and in particular - ribs in sweet sauce. Came back with my colleague for the second night, cause just had to get more of those sweet ribs! Very convenient way of ordering - fast and one can see immediately, what one is ordering. Fast service. Absolutely a place to recommend!

Bring on the ambience

This establishment is missing the ambience characteristic of sushi restaurants which lets down the dining experience somewhat. They use a modern ordering system and your food arrives promptly but I missed the personalised touch from the waiters. There was a constant noisy hum from other diners talking. The restaurant was jam packed from wall-to-wall with people, possibly testament to their popularity. However, I am personally sensitive to atmosphere and special touches. It felt a little like a fast-food restaurant. On the upside the food tastes good.

Very trendy and good restaurant

The shabby look on the outside is made up by its trendy appearance inside. You order by selecting dishes on a mibile device, the waiting staff is friendly and quick cleaning up empty dishes. The menu isn't very extensive but the quality is good. Worth a revisit someday.

Wanna pay 30€ for rice and friture ? Go there!

A classical all you can eat trap, order the meals and the cheapest and heaviest ones will coming in a second. The ones you really expected for only arrive after requests and a non ending wait ! Here is for the sushi. You'll have boll of rice in huge quantity and other cheapest meals before having sushis which are supposed to be the reason why you went there. For 10€, why not. Not for 30€ sorry.
