The panzerotti's are magnificent: made with love with truly the freshest ingredients. The dough has the best balance between crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Additionally, we loved their Aperol Spritz and Limoncello!
Lastly, the staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone who is in the mood for Italian food. Panzero has amazing service with dishes that are also very affordable for the quality of the food that you are getting.

Panzero is a small restaurant with great positive vibes. I went there for lunch with a colleague on Friday afternoon. The staff were friendly and the food was tasty, clearly made with produce of exceptional quality. I especially enjoyed the bruschetta with stracciatella cheese and the panzerotto vegano baked. Since it was a sunny summer day, we sat on the terrace and soaked in the sun. I've been here in the winter before and the veranda with the heating system was warm and cozy. Happy to go here any time of the year.

We arrived at the restaurant seeing that our table was half inside. It was beautiful weather and wanted to sit outside so we asked the first person coming to us, that looked like waiter, whether we could switch tables (even though we knew it was going to be a busy night). The man looked around and jokingly said “make sure that no one sees me do this” and then quickly changed our seats to a table outside. Little did we know that this was the owner of the restaurant.
What ensued was a night of cold Aperol Spritz, delicious food and amazing hospitality.
The burrata was amazingly creamy (we were told it was imported from a special place in Italy), the hummus that comes with the Lu Purpu delicious and the parmigiana Mamma Anna melted away on your tongue and left you wanting for more.
Topped off with delicious limoncello, a great dessert (we had the pistachio lava cake and tiramisu) and great friendly service.
Definitely a place I would recommend!

After having strolled through Rotterdam with a family of 6, we landed at this charming place, very close to where my wife and I lived in Rotterdam 20 years ago. The whole area is buzzing with interesting spots for foodies these days and Panzero is without a doubt another wonderful asset
in this fantastic development.
The excellent dishes are traditionally prepared in an atmosphere that gives you a slice of southern Italy immediately. The very friendly and very capable staff make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in.
Basically everything we tasted, from starters to panzerotti to deserts and coffee, was great and served with a genuine smile.
There is a lot of love here and sometimes that is all
we need. Thank you Panzero, hope to come again soon.

Panzero is essentially the perfect experience of the Mediterranean with friendly service and food that makes you feel right at home. Everything is freshly baked, the coffee and drinks are perfect and they always offer you the personal touch whenever you enter the place! It is always good to feel welcomed whenever you walk in to order something or just want to sit in. For sure my favorite place to enjoy lunch/dinner in the entire city.

Lovely space, very cozy and friendly. The food came super fast and was absolutely delicious, especially the panzerotto, which was the star of the whole meal. Lastly but certainly not least, the staff was incredibly nice and friendly — shoutout to my fellow “tuga”, thank you for the lovely service. Would absolutely come back here again! :)

To start the dinner we had Bruschetta and Antipasto Pugliese. I personally, in love 😘 with the Bruchetta 🥖, you can really feel the freshness of cherry tomato 🍅with melted burata chese, so yummy.
For the main course, we had the special Panzerotto Speciale and Tonno 🐟Subito with smoked tuna carpaccio. My favorite dish for the dinner goes to the Panzerotto, this is the typical street food in Puglia, you really taste the crispy and crunchy skin of Panzerotto. 😊
A must try dessert 🥮at Panzero Italian restaurant is the Pistachio Lava Cake, OMG this is so yummy and a perfect ending after all the amazing Italian dishes that we had.
It was an amazing dinner with a great and warm service,I will definitely come back to your restaurant to try the Octopus dish which must be yummy as well.

Ordered through thuisbezorgd (wouldn't recommend) and it got delayed a bit. Got a call from somebody from the restaurant itself, telling me they had already closed and thuisbezorgd wanted o cancel the meeting, but the employee said he would wait (even though his shift was finished) and kept my meal in the oven.
Absolutely fantastic service, cause otherwise would otherwise have to order a new meal elsewhere!
He then told me if thuisbezorgd would not come pick up the meal to bring it to me in 15 minutes, he would deliver it himself on his way home! Wow! In the end thuisbezorgd did come thru, but next time, as I found out, I will order directly from them and NOT through some 3rd party service

We have been to Panzero’ Apulian street food after a raccomandation of a friend.
Food was just 100% real Pugliesi style, we had a sélection of antipasti to start follow by a real deal...Mr Panzerotti!
Just perfect from beginning to the end.
Friendly service and big italian smile, i belived they deseved a big success in Rotterdam, you can feel love and passion for a Apulian régional food.

Panzero provided catering for a welcome event for our new students and provided more than 200 Panzerotti that were delicious and delivered still warm. Our students loved them, and Panzero were able to provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Luckily we ordered a few extra and I was able to enjoy one too. Highly recommended.

In the heart of Rotterdam in the "Blaak" district (close to the cube houses), a friend gave us the tip to come here and try this truly Apulian place. "Panzerotti" and "pucce" are very good indeed and with very good ingredients: this is the ideal place for a stop and go at lunch. Only remark is about the prices that are too high in my view.

Obviously this leads to our dishes costing more than in Italy, but we remain within the average price for Holland and for us quality is priceless!

If you want to have a taste of pugliese street food this is the place to go. The food taste great. I had a classico panzerotti and tiramisu. As this was my second time there i had also tried various other panzerotti and they are all unique and special in their own way. I usually get the snack size as the meal is like a big calzone. To make the experience more like Italy i got the italian version of coke which is chinotto. It ha a strong taste but its traditional.

I’ve been going to Panzero for a few years now. It’s always such a good atmosphere and each time the food is fresh, amazing and unique. Yesterday, I had the plan to eat there with my family for my registered partnership. I’ve been talking with the owner for months to create a menu together. He invited me and my partner for a dinner first to try out dishes and meet him. That made us feel so welcome already! During the following months he was super thoughtful and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn’t have our celebration at the restaurant because of a new lockdown. We did pick up the food to eat at home. Luigi helped us get everything in the car and let us pay a few days later. He and his employees were so nice, hospitable and friendly. As always, really. And my family LOVED the food. So fresh and tasty and such a nice mix of classic dishes (lasagne) and less known street food from Puglia. Panzero has a special place in my heart and I will keep on going there for a nice meal and atmosphere.

Panzerotti is simple, delicious, convenient to eat, and made for home deliveries much like another Italian great, pizzas. It’s unique in its style and great to order when looking for all things Italian in one dish.
